[talking about Oriana] "She loves the adagio movement of Nielsen's Fifth, just like I do." And Miranda is exactly as vocally talented as Strahovski. I was under the impression that she can't sing. Miranda doesn't strike me as artistic.
If only we could see Miri/Yvonne sing something beautiful:wub:. I would most certainly feel enchanted and tantalized by such a voice from two Beautiful Angels:wub:. (Can't help but Gush)

Does anyone else here think that Miranda sings in the showers, or is it just me?
I feel like Miranda is that type of character who you wouldn't think would be able to sing, but then you walk into your cabin and here her beautiful voice from your shower, so you just stand there and smirk until she comes out of the bathroom, and threatens to kill you if you tell anyone.

It would be a very funny scene.

And I also want to see what instruments she can play. I'm sure with her intelligence, and the teachings of her father, she had lessons of some sort. Oriana can play violin, but I see Miranda playing a gigantic grand piano.
See I knew I was not crazy when I said Piano, get that feeling that anything express's freedom is somthing that would draw her.

Yeah, I reasoned if she appreciated Neilson's Fifth, she had some musical background of sorts, and I can't picture her with anything other than a piano; allowing her fingers to dance over the keys, with her eyes closed in a musical trance.
Can't help but think of Air by Billy Joel. XD

Feels too much like hero worship. And she's putting herself down in the process.
The basic gist of the entire conversation is Miranda telling Shepard that she was wrong and that Shepard is close to if not perfect.
I'll have to go back and listen again. I will say this, though: it sounds a lot like what Captain Anderson says at the beginning of ME: Humanity needs a hero, Shepard's the best we've got, etc. So, a reference to intangibles like leadership and courage and stuff, which Shepard is supposed to have loads of. Protagonist/player worship can certainly get annoying in this type of game, but I don't recall it being anything out of the ordinary in that regard.

Since we have a Billy Joel field show this year in band, I've become quite a fan of this song, and the first minute of it is so soothing and calm, I always imagine Miranda would play something like it.
I can see her playing the paino part in this song No.9 - After It - simple how it contrast with mellow tone of the voilin and the paino is more up tempo, up lifting.
The voilin is where she was and what she went through
the paino being who is now

Miranda is saying that Shepard is the most perfect human (or type of human) out there. A huge difference, really.
It's especially out of the ordinary for me considering Miranda's self-professed "you're going to have to prove your worth to me" attitude.
