Hell yeah! I would no matter the decision( unless it's keeping the collector base, which I would never due...that's a canon action for me, just like killing Anders at the end of DA...)

Yes, but he only did that after the hubbub about the initial reveal in the GameInformer article, where it was said that is a core squad of characters "around which the story revolves", others who might join you for a mission and others who might be just cameos. Whether the word "permanent" is strictly true or not, the distinction between the core squad and the others was clear.

After that initial reveal, the debate about permanent team members started, and only after that came the disclaimer from Casey Hudson. Pardon me if I see that initial reveal as more honest and everything said since then as damage control. To me it appears like this: if Miranda isn't in the core group, she'll be sidelined.

Yes, I would do it, in at least some playthroughs. No, I would not be happy about that particular design choice

Destroying the base? No. I won't change strategic decisions I think are right for the sake of one person. Not even for Miranda. Lesser decisions I might change. In fact, all other decisions I might change, but not that one. Killing the Rachni queen would be painful, though.

I think, in certain respects you're reading that right and, in others, perhaps not. Yes, their will be a core group around which the story revolves, but that likely includes squad members who are temporary, at least in certain scenarios. With Tali and Legion, the choices you make with regard to the quarian/geth conflict, for example, could be a determining factor. With Miranda (and maybe Aria), choices involving Cerberus.

Yes, their will be a core group around which the story revolves, but that likely includes squad members who are temporary, at least in certain scenarios. yeah, cause they both need to settle their differences so they can take on the Reapers, and if you **** it up, you're gonna have to deal with the consequences(both on squads and Major decisions)

Honestly it depends on what the decision would be. Killing Rachni Queen..... maybe. Letting Garrus die..... never ever ever.... Garrus will be my Shep's best man at his wedding regardless of who Shep would marry, LOLZ. Yes to most situations but no to a select few.

I'm playing with all my RL friends, so I don't worry about the community. I'm usually not one for a super friendly community. Just a small group of friends, and then the rest shall be my enemies. XD

Turn off your firewall for the download for a bit. My guild is huge and its about a quarter of my RL friends... it doesnt mean that you dont have to deal with ****s anyway. The only things that were worth my time in Cata were the Harrison Jones quests in Uldum.... I had a ball with those.

I would sacrifice any of them and not think twice.  I love Garrus, but if it would make Miranda a permanent squad member, that sucker better sleep with one eye open.
