I want Miranda and Ashley tension (now that we are speaking of people not standing each other)

*clears throat* I just imagined Jack and Ashley ganging up on Miranda.

I could imagine Miranda having tension with most of the squad tbh.

A Miranda/Aria confrontation over how to deal with Cerberus is starting to seem increasingly plausible as well.

I personally think Aria should just stay on Omega. If I'm having any Asari other than Liara, I want Samara back.

I think Aria is very likely. The question is whether she'll take the "bringing down Cerberus" plot from Miranda or whether they'll share it. And if Aria's a Sentinel, Miranda's squad chances would go down significantly.

Well, Aria has been rumored for a while, and there were some pretty suggestive images released recently of an upcoming comic that is supposed to help set the table for ME3, I believe. I don't want to spoil anyone who would prefer to avoid that sort of thing. But anyway, you could check the Aria thread that is around here somewhere, if you're curious.

Aria is most likely a Vanguard, I would guess: combat + biotics. So far there are no Vanguards on the squad at all, so that makes sense.

Re: Cerberus plot, they might share it, but have different views on how to proceed at the end (for example).

Aria is unlikely as a squadmate if you read the comic books. As an antagonist.... I can totally see that. Aria may be a temporary squadmate... but that is all. Shes too power hungry.

I've heard of the comic, yes.

Oo I like the idea of Miranda and Aria teaming up to get back at TIM

Yeah, it's a cool concept. And then I could see them having a serious disagreement over what to do with the organisation's resources at the end of that storyline.

So Aria would replace Jack.

In a sense, yeah. I feel like Jack is going to have a more redemptive storyline, where she leaves her obsession with her past behind her to do something more positive. So, not really interested in Cerberus anymore. Just a feeling, based on some teasers regarding Jack.

There is a meta-game reason I'm pessimistic about Miranda. BW at least tries to be equal when it comes to content for different sexes. I'd expect the same number of new and returning LIs for both. Garrus is the only ME2 male LI that really took off.

Could be, I guess. I do expect roughly equal options for both sexes, but not necessarily equal numbers of returning vs. new. The female LI have been more successful overall, so I would not be surprised to see more of them return. No doubt this is partially due to most players being male, but the fact remains.

EDIT: It's perhaps somewhat telling from that point of view that the main new character being featured is a hunka hunka burnin' man love like Vega Image IPB

Err I wouldn't call it an obsession, and considering what she went through...I wouldn't blame her.

Well, I don't blame her either. But what I mean is: I don't expect her main focus in ME3 to be blowing up more Cerberus bases, as in her loyalty mission.

In the SB files you find out Jack is looking for her mother.... a worthy obsession.

I  Jack from  what  I found about her in the  LotSB is going to looking for who her parents are - some kind of past before Pragia.-   the is  recording about woman being told her biotic child died  and it is to be believed that  the baby was Jack.

Damn Yvonne Strahovski, so obsessed with the episode of Chuck I was watching that I missed my train stop. No woman should be that hypnotic.

It's not just that. She's a talentented actress who can pull off being funny, smart or badass as the role requires. Her ability to breathe life into Miranda is just one example. For instance, I'm not attracted to some of the more 'hot' women in Hollywood because they're empty headed bimbos. If Yvonne was like that, I wouldn't find her very attractive.

I don't get why you keep mentioining it every chance you get. You're a woman right? It shouldn't really matter what she looks like to you, unless you're a lesbian and you like to make a big show of it.

Even if you're not, you sure seem to be trying to get some attention. I hope you liked this much.
