I assume Miranda's reaction would be "Don't you dare compromise the mission" for the aliens, some subtle If You Ever Do Anything to Hurt Him speech for Jacob, absolute astonishment with Jack, indifference with the VS, and mild happiness with Liara.

Is there any info regarding her "loyalty"?
What I would like to know if she is going to betray Shep... that would be interesting, and I think it would fit her character really well, after all she was "The Loyalist".

I don't remember Miranda ever making any reference to Garrus at all.naledgeborn wrote...
Yeah I always got that distrust vibe from Miranda when it comes to Garrus.

I thinks it's in the SM if Jack bites it. Garrus strongly disapproves Miranda's mad skills lol and if he's picked (she says same about Zaeed apparently <_<) "Well at least he know's what he's doing." If the line wasn't recycled for Zaeed it could be interpreted that way, but I digress. Other than that there's really nothing solid.

The thing is you already have Ashley/Kaidan and James Vega as confirmed permanent squadmates. And 3 humans in what looks to be a 6 persons squad (possibly 8, but I am guessing 6), seems a tad to many, seeing as this is a galactic war. If the squad is going to be 8 strong though, then I think she will be.
In any case, my predictions are that we will have some kind of mission where we seek her out, or try and get her unindoctrinated if she is. And then have her as a squadmember for a later mission, probably beeing one involving fighting in/infiltrating a significant cerberus facility.
Also I wouldnt be surprised if Bioware chose to include all previous squadmembers in some final fight. Highly unlikely not all as squadmates, but that they appear in cinematics of some kind, etc. like in the ME2 suicide mission.
In any event I will be very surprised, if she doesnt get a deal more screentime than a character like Zaeed, Kasumi, Jacob, and even though I hate to say it Samara. She is after all one of the more popular characters.

Zaeed was originally meant to be a viable fireteam leader, damn shame he isn't.

What interests me more are the comments about the squad working differently. Which I suspect is actually true for a variety of reasons. But we won't really be able to digest this, as fans who are used to a certain type of game, until we see it.

Damn right. I remeber when they were were showing off concept art of Zaeed back in '09. Would it really kill Stahovski to record a couple of extra lines and the coders to make him pass FT and DT leader.

I forgot to also include that Christina Norman said we shouldn't assume that the squadmate system would work the same way it did in ME1 and ME2.
That is the type of thing I meant, yeah, and it has been reiterated on many occasions, most recently in some of those tweets from PW that you posted.

One thing to note about that is that there are no permanent squadmates in ME3...just that some will stay longer with you than others...and it seems that VS and Vega are likely it (so far)
He could mean so much by that. He could mean they die at the end, and that they cant be considered permenant. He could also mean that you can lose squad members in regular missions, not just in the final mission like ME2. Kind of like in ME1 like with Kaidan/Ashley and Wrex.
