It's gotta happen. That and: "Why are you suddenly wearing my hair and my catsuit?"

LoL.

Right. "I hate all that you stand for" isn't an oversimplification by much.

Questioning each others ideals, kinda like with Fenris and Anders in DA2

Or is that just me?

Yeah, exactly like Fenders.

And I have the impulse control of a five-year-old, obviously.

Not so nice. I'm terrified of what the confrontation will do to them. But there are so many awesome women in this series.

The next character who decides to channel Anders' personality gets to ride through the next mass relay on the outside of the ship.

I always got the distinct impression ME2 Garrus was one bad day away from going on a killing spree on Omega.

I have a feeling we're talking about different things. You'd think I'd be all over the guys, but the ladies take up more of my brainspace.

No, I mean she'll flee at the end, thanks to Leng and friends. And why can't the interior art be that good?

Probably considering Leng is alive in ME3...as mentioned before there might be a mission to secure Omega for Aria and in term she would offer support via Mercs for the final battle...she will be a temp squadmate for this mission

Again that's what we can speculate...I don't want another asari on the team and her staying with Shepard after (they regain control of Omega) seems OOC for her

At least to me it does.

You mean as OOC as it is for Liara to be permanently on Shepard's team in spite of being the Shadow Broker? I agree with you that Aria's more likely to be temporary, but in a more general sense such things have never stopped Bioware.

Yeah, I'm awfully cynical about the willingness of Bioware to keep their characters, well, in-character from one game to the other. I suppose they'll find some justification for Liara's absence from her base, but apart from something that makes her useless as the SB I can't imagine what that could be, and then why did they make her that in the first place?

Well, of course they'd fight. Oil and water. But romance should not be the big issue. I'd prefer they behave like adults there.

I wonder what they'd fight about, since apparently Cerberus has become a non-issue, and rivalry among human factions has become petty in the light of Reaper attack.

Edit:
Oops, didn't see there was another page on the thread. Yes, I can see something like "I hate everything you stand for" coming up. They'd have to Paragonize Ashley though, since I gather they could at least agree about their basically pro-human stance otherwise. It is an interesting fact that Miranda, who was part of an extremist pro-human organization, is more appreciative of nonhumans than Ashley with her history of distrusting aliens, who comes to be a Spectre.

Indeed. There are some cool males about, but who could you seriously call "interesting" or "fascinating"? Maybe one? The females? About all of them.

Well for Liara I believe speculation is that Cerberus will take over her base based on the mission complete text:

"Shepard has defeated the Shadow Broker. Eliminate Cerberus information leaks as Liara T'Soni takes over. The asari's relationship with Shepard should be watched closely."

Now that Cerberus is after Shepard you could also say they are after his/her friends which include Liara.
We don't know enough to say for sure though.

You mean other than the fact Liara would do anything and everything for Shepard if he as much as asked? Besides, there is Feron - he knows Liara is Shadow Broker and as she said - she is letting him help her. So come on, don't be like that and act like it's so unexpected, she even said herself that one of the reasons she is willing to be the new Shadow Broker is to help Shepard. However that may plan out, we do not yet know, but we've seen Liara risk everything for Shepard before, so it's hardly OOC.

If it was up to me, there were no freaking asaris in my squad. They got old half way through the first game.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant: it would be justification enough for Liara being on the team, and it would a plausible development, but it would make Liara's becoming the SB pointless. That's not good storytelling.
