then when will it be? this thread has 600+ pages, they need to heed our call for Miri.Ieldra2 wrote...
I don't know about that xbox connection, but yeah, the Garrus and Tali fans tend to be of a certain type. As if two full games hadn't been enough for them, damn it. Can't recall how often that has happened to me - the characters I care for are sidelined in a show or chickified and whatever is the male equivalent beyond recognition, while those that do nothing for me get bigger roles.CuseGirl wrote...

Really this can be said for every character in some degree one way or another most of they actually do have storylines that eventually tie into major. Another that is Zeead by helping to this man get his revenge you can the Blue Suns mercs and other merc groups on yourside when the **** its the fan. Its could a simpe a favor for a favor or the enemy of my enemy either ways. Samara is Fliping Justictar for most Asari seeing her would akin to see, a Supreme court justice, war hero, and matriarch all role into one walk into theroom.
aside from Jacob, wut other ME-3 character has a real direct connection to Cerberus, the secondary enemy in ME-3? It appears as if Cerberus is linked with the Reapers, which happened thru their incompetence. Miranda should be very important.....my one fear is that a bunch of ME-1 guys (who in essence are XBox guys) complained so much that they didn't get enuff Tali and Garrus and Miranda such a ****, so she'll be relegated to wut is now Thane status. Especially since Thane was the other cover character and had a lengthy dialogue with Shep, I feel like that's wut could happen to Miranda......
It's why I began rooting for the villains in many stories.
OK...we're not quite there yet with Miranda.

Well even as Tali and Garrus fan- I find that true mark of good series of trilogy when all the major in the play a role in the story and by the end everyone gets the time to shine in some way.
What i would like to see are more Call out moments in 3 like what happened in LOSTB with Spectre like or not she called Shepard out and he needed it. Even as Tali i can not resist the tasty Irony of Legion calling Tali out or Garrus trying to call Samara only to have Samara turn the tables and call him out. To have Miranda called on the fact that she is not a 'Natural' human working for a pro human group this pointing the Irony that is missed bu some. Most because its good for characters get the "Your full of ****" card pull on them and this goes for every because lets be far EVERYONE character at some point in there existience needs that card pulled on them, Like or not.

so we need to vote with our wallet? if only BW would listen....oh wait, if we park our cars and stuff out on their driveways with signs saying WE WANT MIRI!! maybe that would work, or we could just show the rage quit video again.....jtav wrote...
Page count means exactly nothing. It has never meant anything. What does matter is stats and/or having a cult following. Hardcore fans love Tali and Garrus, even on the BioBoards. They're Artoo and Threepio. Miranda dies actually have stats on her side, but page count isn't one of them.

and I agree, but you'd think they'd would've looked at the forums and just count the number of groups and people that love their character(I'm sure they do, but thane is the next temp squadmate, so it has me worried)

I'll stay with the CE, but Miranda's role will make the difference between playing ME3 two times or ten times, which means that I'll skip all the DLC not included in the CE just as I skipped DA2:Legacy and won't get any future DA2 DLC because I've long moved on from that game.jtav wrote...
As I said, at this point, whether I get CE or regular depends on Miranda's role.
To get this into perspective: I have all ME2 DLC except for AAP1, which I boycotted because I thought it an insult to expect me to pay to get Garrus' armor repaired, and the Equalizer Pack because I got the only interesting item in it as a pre-order bonus.

Oh and stop with the pessimism already, I'm getting worried, BW is getting the least used characters( at least to us) as Temp squadmates(not sure about Legion, Mordin, Grunt and Wrex, those guys are cool), Samara will probably be on Thessia, Thane on the Hanar homeworld, and the rest I just don't know.

yeah, all of the longtime fans are okay(concerning the original crew from ME1) but those that bought ME2 and romanced one of the new squadmates are pissed(cept for Thane, he has been confirmed as temp squadmate at least),and all of the Talimancers are happy, the ash fans are happy, Liara fans are happy, but where's Miranda?Ieldra2 wrote...
Sorry. It's just hard not to worry if all confirmed main characters are ME1 team members or new ones. That makes me really, really angry.
BW better not **** it up......

Thane is on Invictus. The most used squad members are Miranda and Garrus, in that order.
i have to force myself to use other pairings, having their double overloads is almost unfair against the Geth and Engineer mercs. And then add her Warp? It's a wrap

I took Miranda and Samara in most missions, even Jacob saw more missions than Garrus for me.
I don't begrudge folks their love of Garrus... I just don't get it.

I would be amused if Shepard would abruptly tell Garrus '' Don't worry kid, we'll get trough. '' in a deep, old tonality, bearing the lungs of a 80 years old smoker.
As for the Mass Effect Characters, Mordin/Miranda, only ones I am intrigued by, and use as squad.

As far as a squad member, I absolutely would vote for her as a permanent member. Let's not forget that in the final battle in ME2, if you had Miranda as a squad member she sides with Shepard. For me, that shows her loyalty to Shepard and a clear separation between herself, TIM and Cerberus.
I would not want her to see her character fall into the helpless beauty who needs saving in the game. We had that with Liara ala ME1. The thing that prompted me to purse a romance with her character was her character doesn't fall anywhere in that category. OK, except for the beautiful part. Great qualities: she is a little vulnerable, very sexy and very kick ass all at the same time. Also, I wouldn't care for her ending to be the next head of Cerberus, separating her from Shepard. Miranda creating a human version of the SSTG sounds cool. Maybe the group can be an elite force assigned to the Normandy with Miranda heading it up as the Tactical Leader. In a nutshell, increased character development and permanent squad membership of Miranda gets my vote!!!
