Miranda took forever to grow on me. First I wanted us to screw, then I felt protective over her after the deal with her sister. After doing Tali on another save and Jack never gotting nothin to say, I figured for going solo so not to ****** Ashley off in 3, but something about Miranda being completely loyal to you at the end and refusing to follow Martin Sheen's command(if you decide to blow the base), even though we weren't together, just made me fall madly in love with her. But by then she was all like, "there a lot to do, shepard" no matter what ****ing happened in the game. So I got the sense I was being rejected. BOOM, rejected, re-re-re-jec-ted.

I couldn't make sense out of this.

Sorry about that, I can babble.

Basically, I didn't like Miranda at first but when my shepard chose to blow up the base at the end of the game, seeing her go against the Illusive Man's orders made me like her more, but by then I couldn't get into a relationship with her.

@ flemm, I was just using Niket as an example. I too think her interaction with Oriana is a larger potential part. (Am I the only one who finds the synchronized agreements between some of us strange?)

Oh. That's kind of how I started. Back when I first played I thought Tali was the best thing ever. Tbh, I thought Miranda was kind of a b*tch.

Good God was I wrong. Miranda 4 Life.

I'm curious...

Which of Miranda's outfit looks best? Out of the 3.

In battle, obviously I think her armor looks best (I think it's a good looking suit, not to sound superficial).

Casually, I think her default white suit is best. It accents her body shape better than her black suit and her armor, or at least, I think so.

I prefer the loyalty outfit - it's a lot less blatent than the standard and suits her far better. The armour works for combat though. Quite considerably.

It's Christmas Eve. I wonder how Christmas would be celebrated on the Normandy, if ever.

Who would be the "Scrooge" in the bunch? I sincerely doubt that Miri would be. More like jack.

And now back to gifts. What would you give Miri for Christmas?

I would personally give her something that represents our love and bond for each other, I'm not sure what it is. Maybe a special piece of Jewelry created by the finest Craftsman in the Galaxy.

I would have Miri spend time with Oriana and her family on Christmas. Miri would probably drag me along lol.

Don't know if it's been posted before, but the best Miri cosplay I've seen.

I think the real life Yvonne with her blonde hair is the best Miri cosplay i've seen :P

...................right.

I would give her a custom-built M5 Phalanx, with a red laser-sight.

Her gift of course, would be another *clears throat* tour through engineering B) !

What was my present not good enough? :(

I seriously doubt that Miri is the type to be picky when it comes to Christmas Presents. She is my LI, so any gift would be good enough, whether it's big or small, shiny or deadly.

Well, my shep will try to giver something that only he could give her. Something not material,or something made by himself.

Maybe he could give her one of his dog tags. He has one and she'll have the other. (yeah, too damn cliché).

I like to see her spend Christmas with Oriana. Miri would want that more than anything.

Yep. Loyalty outfit on the Normandy and armor on missions. But I'm missing a high-res modded version of the armor, so that I've since reverted to using the loyalty outfit always?

Hey JeanLuc, if you're reading this, will there be a high-res version of Miranda's armor?

As for  Christmas, I think it isn't something Miranda would spend a lot of thoughts on.

I feel like Miranda would take convincing to get into the holiday spirit... like at first she'd be all "no we don't have time for this" but then Shepard would get her all into it and then she'd be all happy and what not

So, i work at -Retailer Name Redacted- and we got the new version of -Magazine Name Redacted- and ME3 is on the cover. In the article there's a "Star Cast" section that lists some of the returning actors from ME2, and Yvonne Strahovski is listed as one of them, among Martin Sheen, Tricia Helfer, and others. Lists Y.S's current projects she's working on and says "She had her face scanned and animated to appear in Mass Effect 2 and 3."

I have screenshots of said magazine, but i know we're strictly not allowed to post them here, so i dunno how to share them, plus the magazine isn't officially out until the 1st anyways, but still...i had to share!

And yes, i know nothing is FINAL until it shows up in a Bioware news release, but this hopefully means good things.....right?

Actually, I see post-war Miranda going all out for Christmas, especially when it comes to Oriana.

Well, it would confirm Strahovksi's involvement anyway, which would definitely be cool. Unless they're just making assumptions. Hard for me to tell without knowing what the magazine is. But, it sounds good.

My Shepard isn't Christian, he doesn't celebrate Christmas? Miranda seems to be of the atheistic persuasion more or less. Don't figure her for a Christmas person either.

But she is Earthnorn and apparently spent most of her time in Australia. I suspect she would have absorbed some aspects of cultural Christianity. Her Christmas would be about friends and family, not the birth of Christ.

Lmao, you would say that, but I agree only in context with her and certain squadmates.  Jack might be more of the outgoing characters when it comes to that holiday, which might lead to funny moments between her and Miranda.  An example would be like Miranda putting up a certain decoration and later finding it ruined or different from the way she presented it, only to hear Jack laughing, haha.

Clearly, you do not understand Jack. She's always up for the fun stuff, especially where the rest of the squad will p*ssy out ("Quarantine zone, but I'm immune? Sounds like fun." ... "Let's crack it open, see what a pure krogan looks like.")

Scrooge is Jacob. That guy is sour as hell. I think he pretty much ends every conversation you (try to) have with him.

Scrooge? Miranda and Jacob, Miranda more so. I can see her really getting into it after the war with Oriana and/or romanced Shep, but she'd be a real sourpuss with the crew.
