Damn! I hate that image, I do not want to see to Miranda receiving orders of Shepard.

I love that image (too bad that it requires not romancing Miranda). You can see how much Miranda trust in Shepard on that pic.

and btw, ¡Feliz año nuevo!

she doesn't trust no one. maybe Shepard have win her trust. I hope that she wouldn't trust in him so much. I liked  how she was indifferent with Shepard in the beginning of the game. :P

Which is what makes the scene so great - it shows growth and change in the character. Unfortunately, we rarely see actual character development and growth in ME games - Dragon Age has this down perfectly though.

These aren't new shots of Miranda, but I hope you guys will enjoy them either way. And the lighting's better this time; none were taken inside the Kodiak! (Unlike last time.) Took these with my Shepard, Neil. (Yes, I play Sheploo.)

She is very beautiful, her pose is very good and the photo is very good too.

Watch the N7 collector's edition vid. When the artbook starts flicking through its pages, there is a possible miranda there, before james vega. Is that her?

Well, I'm not sure that it is (yet). It's one of those things that I will reserve judgment on.

Obviously, Ashley was redesigned with Miranda in mind, there has never been any doubt about that since the early sceenshots.

Na. Open hair alone doesn't make Ashley to a new Miranda. And her "uniform" doesn't really look similar to Miranda's attire.
As long as Ashley behaves like Ashley she's not Miranda. And her redesign hasn't much to do with Miranda - except open hair. ^_^

We can argue and argue wheter or not Ashley looks like Miranda and we will go nowhere. The crux of the matter is this: Ashley's redesign was meant to give her sex appeal, it even says so in the preview of the ME3 Art Book that was made available.
In ME2, Miranda was the conventionally attractive female Love Interest. And in ME3, that role has been filled by Ashley.
The first time we saw Ashley's new look, we should have known better than to hold on to hope.

I'm talking about the look, not the personality. It's not just the hair, however. There's a reason why people keep bringing this up all over the forums: it's obvious.

On some level, you know it, which is why you are being so vigilant about denying it Image IPB

However, as I say, I will reserve judgment about it, as for everything else. Of one thing I am quite confident: they will not look too similar in the game, because Miranda is definitely in the game enough that it would be wierd and confusing if they resembled each other too much. Also, in the most recent screenshot of Ashley, the resemblances seem to have been toned down a bit.

Well, I made this point earlier, when it originally came up, but look at screenshots/art of Kaidan and Vega. They both answer to the same description: stocky, muscular, presumably attractive guys with short, dark hair. One is bigger than the other, they have slightly different hairstyles, different clothes/armor, and one has a somewhat darker complexion than the other.

Is it hard to tell them apart? No. The difference is, among other things, we have screenshots and concepts for both of them.

Nope, just subjective and opinions. Some people even find Miranda ugly, other prefer Ashley. There is no truth.

But you see, those people are wrong.

Subjective is subjective, but not when it comes to Miranda. She's able to break the rules that way. She's sorta like Dr. House, or Chuck Norris.

Well, also, while it is understandable that everyone has a preference, that type of comment always comes across as antagonistic. So, it's better to just stay away from it, and focus on the positive side for whatever character it is that happens to be a personal favorite.

Enough. Some people do find one or the other more attractive. And Miranda looks hideous in bad light.
