I'm curious as to what she does.

Somewhat off topic, but I remember seeing somewhere from someone that out of all the ME2 squadmates that can die in ME3, Miranda has the highest chance, or the most opportunities. Is this true?

Maybe less than that if the tlk file that comes with the demo is more fleshed out.

Yep, two months . It was a long way to go, but there is not much left . BTW have you noticed my little MGS reference ( ME AND MGS sagas are by far my favorite ) ?

Well, this was from the demo, prematurely released, I believe... So, unless they've gone back to a more recent beta build to remake the demo for some reason, I'm inclined to think it probably won't be? But you never know, I guess.

I don't know about the other characters but for sure, as opposed to ME2 where she was almost unkillable, this time it seems she can die more " easily " ( I don't like saying that ) . In a way it makes sense because what she is doing seems more dangerous to me . She is alone, without a team of 12 people, and there is a lot going on at the Sanctuary .  It seems to be a high risk / high reward thing, which doesn't bother me at all, if you do everything correctly to keep her alive, you'll be even happier for Miranda and Shep' .

The DArt page I took this from (Credit to Cain69) is magnified a tad more, and it really fleshes out the amazing amount of detail put into her facial construction.

Miranda can die twice. Most of the rest of the ME2 squad can only die once. It seems to be mostly a reaction to her plot armor. If you don't kill her via final boss, the SM has to be royally screwed up for her to die. ME3 makes it easier to dispose of her.

Well, if there is a difference, it seems to be that Miranda has a scenario where, if she survives the Suicide Mission unloyal in an imported game, she dies in ME3. That's somewhat of a guess, but it seems to be the case. So, that could be because she is more likely to survive unloyal.

Of course we're all biting our nails over the other scenario.

You mean where it depends on some other choice from ME2? Well, anything's possible, I guess, but I'm not really fretting over that, as I don't think it's likely at all. If it's not some sort of "unloyal" scenario, I think it's more likely to be an earlier version, or something. It's actually pretty similar to how the scene is described in one of the earlier story drafts.

I meant the other scenario where she could die, you know the one that can happen to even a romanced Miranda? I actually took the trouble of typing up what we knew about the death scenarios in the spoiler group if you want to take a look.

Ah, the main death scenario from her mission. It's not bad. If that's more or less how it goes down in the game, I'm not sure I would like it, exactly, but... not bad. It's really more the good outcome that preoccupies me at this point, as wierd as that may sound.

It's a real tearjerker. I'm just feeling sentimental and attached right now.

Miranda won't be a permanent squadmate, but has several meets with Shepard. flemm (I think it was him) thought of a stand-alone story of her, parallel to what happens to Shepard. So you could probably continue the romance, but won't have her as a squadmate.

Yeah, that sums up what happened the past days... mostly speculation.

Well, keeping in mind the remote and, I think, unrealistic possibility that the leaked script doesn't represent the actual game in any way, shape or form, which I suppose we should keep in mind as a sort of permanent grain of salt until March, I would go so far as to say you can definitely continue the romance (which is, of course, expected) and she does have a sort of... parallel story, where you can meet up with her a few different times along the way.

Main questions would be how good it all ends up being, and how does it end?

Or it's so inaccurate that we can throw it all out, good and bad. That's unlikely, though.

Oh, sorry, seemingly just the one time. Basically, that's the pattern with returning characters who can already be dead from prior games: there's a specific mission that can end well for each of them or... poorly.

Well, a different one for each character, but yes, basically.

Now that's interesting. I haven't read the script, but I have a theory: Could this be the point where your choice of Miranda letting talk to her sister or not in ME2 could play a huge role in the outcome?

This thought kinda makes me nervous.

It's something else. In fact, I vastly prefer her going Renegade there now that I've read the script.
