Funny story to share

My husband has been giving me the teensiest bit of grief over adding people from the boards for playing MP. Last night he watched me play MP with strangers which consisted of (1) 2 of the silliest pre-pubescent boys, and (2) 2 kids who were clearly under the age of 10--I'm guessing closer to 7. It consisted of a lot of snark about a girl being there from the young boys, and a lot of random screaming from the kids. Needless to say, he now understands why I'd rather play with people from the boards.

I feel like I'm finally starting to get good at it. Hope to see you all out there soon

I'm happy to say that I played with some pretty mature people. However, I hope when the game actually needs to be paid for-- That audience is purged. <_< (The small children.)

Not yet - I just can't press 1 to charge or any of the other shortcuts except for number 2. After completing a session (yey!) I got a Drell Vanguard! I was so excited, I had hoped it would fix my problems, but sadly he's as broken as the female vanguard But he does roll with such grace and agility it's really fun, just wish I could actually charge without standing there while I clumsily try to use the popup hud to choose it!

Definitely looking forward to playing more maps and it's such a shame all this doesn't count to the final game, but at least we're getting practice! When the time comes, we'll save the galaxy from all fronts, and then there will be Kaidan

Lol, at least you managed to prove your point.  I was adding a load of people from the boards and kept getting a constant stream of questions.

'Who's that?  What's there real name?  Where are they from?'

I just rolled my eyes and ignored him like I usually do 

I have to say I really enjoyed playing with folk from the boards, it's a nice change to the constant Fing you get with men or the petty little arguements from the children. (I know these are huge generalisations but you get the point)

I have learned that my fellow newbie Kaidanites are better at ME3 MP then seasoned MP gamers. The Seasoned vets got more headshots in but they couldn't survive the 10 rounds. I won only 1 out of 7 rounds with them and 9/10 with my kaidanites! Just goes to prove how awesome we are heh

The gamers were guys and personal friends of mine. The other group, the kaidanites, were ladies and we rocked it. Moral of the story, girls rule boys drool.

Just wanted to pop in & say hi to everyone :-)

I am ... erm, I mean, my Shepherd is ... crazy for Kaidan!! Finishing off my 'faithful' playthrough just now ... planned to stay true on my first playthrough but the charming Thane ninja'd me with his seductive ways!

I've not given MP a shot yet, I'm a bit apprehensive tbh as not sure my combat skills are up to the task ... might give it a go one hubby has gone to bed so he can't look on in wonder as I repeatedly die!! :-)

lol ... my Husband is encouraging me to add random people, especially if they back you up and actually work as a team, so I have people to play with.

Don't be intimidated by MP, Starbuck! Most the Kaidanites I played with were new to it and we ended up rocking the maps. It's fun and everyone is starting off new so it's not like you're all alone out there!

Weeeee, multiplayer is actually fun. Although I'm not crazy about losing connection so often for no good reason.

Might join some Kaidanite groups when I level up a bit. Or maybe when the game is released. Cause I suck

Edit: I encourage ppl to try MP tho, at first it's confusing but you'll know everything you need to know by level 5

I had the same problem in Left 4 Dead multiplayer. Everyone is so interested in padding their individual stats and achievements that no one actually focuses on the mission at hand. When I had random teams it was the worst because everyone is trying to run it and no one is reviving anyone and then we never finish the game. Maybe it's the teamwork aspect of it? There's just too many of those PvP multiplayer games where people are just killing as many people as possible and there is no working together.

Please, someone tell me if those two are connected? There's still time to replay the last few missions of the game. 

I'm kind of interested in this too. I'm already torn on that decision anyway and if it has something to do with Kaidan then I'll go with that option. Just tell me in the least spoilerish way possible. I'm so bad, I want to try and just wing it but I really don't want a sad ending.

wow, this is cruel, i can see 9 people from my list playing mp right now ;_; wish i could join, but i don't trust a hotel wi-fi that much >_> and of course i forgot to bring a mouse with me, using a touch pad would probably be.. err.. interesting x) i managed to do a story mode playthrough with touch pad, but mp is surely beyond my abilities, lol, i'm pretty sure i'll be dying often enough even with a proper equipment
oh well, one more day, one more day, one more day <mantra mode:on>

Regarding the leaked script, we really don't know all of the information leading to a particular scenario. So I would not assume anything based on it and the ramifications from personal decisions from ME and ME2.
