I actually just finished playing so mp, and I have to admit it's pretty challenging.

i have sum pretty good team mates.  i still die more often than i would like. I'm just too hot headed. go right after them. can't do that.

Altho, dark enigmatic soul and I did 2 rounds by ourselves. on bronze. we almost made it! twice! to level 9. lol

just Rawrs and Booms all over. (i'm exhausted now)  it was so much fun playing.

I do the same thing, omni blading them all is addicting, but I always end up getting surrounded and having to hightail it to cover.
I've played with some really great people, and some not so great. But it is def. fun!

See a kid playing with a toy spaceship, tackle them and smash the toy to the ground. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? YOU WILL BRING THE REAPERS UPON US!"  They probably won't understand, but you more than likely saved millions of lives.

That said, I was a little sad Kaidan wasn't in it but my hopes weren't very high when it came to expecting him there. Was pretty happy to see Ash, my "sistah from anotha motha", and Sheploo kick some husk butt.

BTW I'm on and about to start clicking on joining game on pc. So if I hope in your games, "Hi!"

I agree. I thought it was awesome seeing Ash ready to kick some ass in their shiny new, highly advertised trailer. Kaidan would have been amazing but anytime he, Ash, or Wrex get attention I'm happy since they had such small roles in ME2.

And I loved Ash's armor.

It is nice to hear someone actually enthusiastic about the game rather than tearing it down all the time. Quite a refreshing change.

Same! I find it hard to hate on Ash for getting more marketing than Kaidan, even though I love Kaidan. 

And I was impressed with the armor. They've had her in it in every subsequent screenshot/video footage outside of the small part in the demo and the concept art.

lol I'm the same way....I tend to Rush in to "beat the bad guys" lol I focus on one but then BAM I'm surrounded by 5 other guys...lol

I think we did good. I was proud of us. I never got up that far with just me and one other person. ever.

I had lots of fun.

I was in one group today with mostly strangers and one of them started blasting our other team mate at the end. (we failed the mission) He was the first one to die and decided to tell us all how to play, tell us what this person had done wrong. lol gotta LOVE those guys. rme

Yep. I think once video game companies start marketing toward people outside of the 14-30 male demographic we'll see more characters like Kaidan in trailers. If I recall correctly, the trailers for Dragon Age: Origins had very little Alistair (and he is, in my opinion at least, vital to the storyline) as did Dragon Age II with Anders, who is also a huge part of the storyline. While I don't think Kaidan has that sort of weight in Mass Effect, he's not going to get marketing until they market FemShep more and thus cater to more than just the 14-30 male demographic.

Still though, ME3 is so close. I know I'm going to get Kaidan in a little over two weeks, so it's not so bad.

Just watched the new ME3 trailer & it's epic to be honest it didn't speak to me as much as i play with Femshep & Kaidan so couldn't relate

I'm happy that Ashley was in the trailer. It's a sign that Ashley is important in the game and therefore Kaidan is by default also important. Look, I've pretty much given up any hope for major Femshep/Kaidan marketing. To me my Shepard's tale is another version of the same story, my version.

Very true.

I would LOVE to see a "Choose your Shepard" trailer where it intercuts between Maleshep and Femshep.  Like Maleshep ducks to cover and then cuts back and it's Femshep shooting the bad guys and so forth - same with Ashley and Kaidan.  Show off what makes this series so great with all the different story possibilities.

I don't know. It's hard to judge how I'm doing with my adept, Joe. I'm getting decent at getting assists with him, and I know I can hold a chokepoint with him for a good long time without dying. I unlocked a Salarian infiltrator and tried him out thinking I might like sniping and OMG was I awful! I can't tell if it was because I was back to level 3 or if I was just having trouble adjusting to the different playstyle.

Anyhow, I think I'll go back to my adept and be happy with racking up the assists.

EVERY playthough i've done  [ and deleted] I've stayed Faithful.  I'm very much a One LI kinda gal. even with Dragon age, I tried to make a playthough where My warden goes for Zev  but .. I can't bere the thought of hurting Al. I can never bring myself too finsh said playthough..I may try a little later, but in the end, i may just youtube it...like i did with the ME2 romances and the " Pick me" fight with Liara and the VS

Trailer is great, can't wait for full version on Tuesday. No Kaidan, but I can live with that - I guess the Sheploo is the most recognizable part of the series, Ash is a strong female soldier (even if she's impractical on the battlefield) so that kinda works. Not much longer now til we get our Kaidan fix.

Ash's hair is so nice, but damn, tie it back missy and put on a helmet! You've seen what happens to heads in ME3, they're all squishy melons ripe for explosions and the extra points!

You know you've played too much MP when:
1. You're disappointed that heads don't explode in ME2
2. You get annoyed that you can't sprint everywhere in ME2
3. You forget you can't roll or leap on ME2
4. You've forgotten that you can freeze time in SP

I gotta get my infiltrator through ME2 before 3 comes out, I may concentrate on that rather than MP demo for a bit, since it won't count in the final game anyway... but it's just so damn addictive!

Just watched the new trailer.  Loved the way Shep and Ash looked... even though Ash didn't really look like Ash to me.  I don't know why, but I LOVE how she looks at the ship, looks down, and then looks up at the husks.  It feels realistic with that downward look, but it's such a small detail/thing to do.

oh, wow you did great! Truthfully, that was the best team work i've played in this game. even tho, i've played w/ sum real cool ppl..I guess we just had to do it cuz it was just two of us.

heck i've played w/ four and didn't get that far. a few times.

I did go for Zev with my city elf, and it was so hard to keep avoiding Ali. The Zev romance was worth it though. Not worth it enough to make multiple saves with it, but worth doing once.

Honestly, I'd say that the Fenris romance from DA2 was more interesting to me than the Zevran one; I just wish that they'd taken the time to give Fenris the 10 years worth of character development they hinted at and never used.

Honestly, the female models in general look washed in the demo. My femSheps looked awful pale too. That the trailer still has the ladies looking too pale is a bad sign. I was hoping they'd be given a little more color between the demo versions and the game versions.

That really sucks! Luckily that hasn't happened to me....yet. If you or anyone else for that matter want another squad mate, I am available.   If you message me on here or on Xbox, just let me know you're from BSN.

I would like to think I am pretty good....I've made it to wave 11 multiple times and I am currently at level 60. And most importantly I always try to save my teammates! Even if it gets me killed.  New to this thread but it would be awesome to play with fellow ME/Kaidan lovers since a lot of the players I've met never played the first two games.

This SO MUCH.

I had to finish up the SM for my perfect playthrough last night and I kept wanting to sprint everywhere and roll. It messed me up more than a couple times and I was so used to using the keys to do certain things with my MP infiltrator that I ended up using the wrong buttons and completely screwing up how I played the game.

I have to say, combat in ME3 = SO MUCH BETTER. I love rolling. So much.

EDIT: TOP again. Really?
