All of it is considered in one form or the other. In some cases it changes how characters interact with you (which can change the plot in interesting ways), in others it may be as small as a humorous bit of dialogue (a scene with Aethyta comes to mind).

A happy ending to me is Shep + Kaidan and most of my squad + saving the galaxy. As a few others have said I accept that there will be casualties but if it's Shep or Kaidan or some other stupid choice vs happiness I'll be really annoyed. We already had Virmire go pick on someone else's LI already!

A friend of mine (he's actually a bit of an arse) purposely spoilt me all to hell and back in November when the script first leaked. I don't remember everything, but I have basic knowledge of what can happen to the major characters.

The more spoilers I hear the less inclined I feel to get ME3 even at the risk of not not seeing Kaidan.  I keep hoping for some magical info that will push me to get it but so far it just gets worse, lol.

I will get ME3 anyway - just to see how stories of characters will end. In some sense, write my endings for their stories. But buying of other BW games is in serious question.

I wouldn't worry for Kaidan, though - VS story ends more or less plausible, from how it looks.

There are some things I find questionable (looking at you, spoiler squaddie), but for a project of this ambition, it depends on execution. BioWare has always relied on clichés all over the place and just anyhow for both plot and characters. Hell, they've used them so generously that they've codified some of their own.. And that's just story, never mind archetypes. The reason BioWare games are at all playable is because they tend to utilise them quite well.

As long as it's executed well, I thing ME3 will be reasonably good. The series didn't go the direction that ME1 made me think it would, but I take the series for what it is.

I don't know what time it is for most people but if anyone is up for some MP with a total newb then please lemme know (too scared of the public games to just go for it!)

I agree.. I am going to have to stay well clear of the forums FOR 3 DAYS... omg its gonna kill me!!   I might just have to leave my computer off for those 3 days cause the temptation will be too GREAT!!!! hahaha  Ive managed to stay spoiler FREE this whole time.  Very very hard... if you knew me in person.. you would be seriously impressed because im too curious for my own damn good!

That would never happen, due to the nature of advertising. Vega didn't even make it into the trailer and there's literally no reason he shouldn't be there - he's human (BioWare is clearly going for human-centric advertising), and Shepard is missing a complement to his squad. Reason he isn't is because the hero has to be recognisable. There's no way they'd put a equally or more muscular Caucasian-looking bloke in there. Especially when they could have a woman instead.

I've read the spoilers too... and looked in the back of the art book lol (already knew about the spoiler SMs.) Not to go into details or anything but i hope they've changed some of what happens with VS/LIs or something because some of the choices are almost impossible. And from what i've read/ counted there will be 3-4 important (well at least to me) deaths ... i will def have a box of tissue beside the keyboard ....and the neighbors may hear me scream/yell ( lol which is generally totally not my thing.)

From what I've read and all i've seen.. it still have hope and desire to get the game and have already paid in full for the Collector's Ed. just so ya know

Yeah I agree with you. I wanted it to be Kaidan for slightly less marketing or logic orientated reasons

Did this earlier in the livestream. Was a lot of fun. In the full version FemShep is sporting a knife that's strapped to the top of her stocking. Was put there by the request of some of the people who were watching. XD

Awesome pic!  Love the dress!  You've got some serious talent ladywinde!

Saw the trailer....meh...maybe I need to watch again but only saw a few more scences, nothing not expected.  Don't get me wrong, still like this one better than the first one, just for the length, but I just didn't see anything that I didn't expect to see.  CGI is just gorgeous though.  

On a complete different side note, for those of you on xbox - do you have any tips for headsets?  My uber expensive ones died last night.  Looks like a wire broke inside them.  Been only hearing through the left side for a couple of days, and could get the right one to work if I wiggled the wire just so.  This is my second "nice" set of headphones and I was super careful to never wrap the cords, but alas these have gone to crap too.  I've had Turtle Beach, Steel Series....not sure if should go back to Turtle Beach....   Any suggestions would be appreciated.

And on a Kaidan note, as much as I love that man, I can't seem to get myself back into finishing my 5th playthrough in ME2 with him as my LI since this MP bug has taken me.  I'm gonna have to go into some sort of exclusion  just to finish it by March.  Arrgh....MP - I love and hate you equally.  No, thats not true....I think I love you too much.

On the flipside to that.. I read some of the leaked script today after bowing to peer pressure..and I couldnt be more excited to play the game.. all its done is whet my appetite for it, regardless of both the negative or positive comments from people in the forums.

The one thing with reading that script, its just words on a page, there isnt any emotion or sound behind any of the words, its easy to take things out of context so if you're in any way hesitant to check it out I would avoid it.. Plus Bioware said they took the reviews they got from the community and tweaked it quite a bit.. so there's no guarantee that the script is even the same in some parts...

Just avoid spoilers imo and stay excited!

Yeah, some of what can happen is pretty damn awful - worse than just dying, even. One character in particular seems like s/he's going to have an unavoidably sad arc regardless of what you do.
