hello kaidan fans, my very first post is this one here, on the forum as a whole. so i am wondering, am i the only guy who wants kaidan for my male shep?

Okay after reading Kaidan's bio (or "Kaiden's" bio as on the web site...) it gives me hope that they're making Ashley and Kaidan 2 separate people for ME3 and not just parallel characters.  His is a lot more detailed and I hope what he does actually plays into the game somehow.

Btw, to those who read the fanfic Manipulations, when do the events in the story occur? Did Shepard destroy Terminat--err human reaper yet? Or is this set directly after the dreaded H(orizon)?

LOL, I hear you. Because we love Kaidan we want him to be a useful part of the story (plus it's kinda sexy too. lol). I totally get it but I think he is useful as he is. He doesn't have to be a badass biotic. He's a hotass sentinel. That's cool for me.

I'm reading the "Valkyrie" fanfic right now. Really good.

Oh he's definitely useful. He was always in my squad in ME1 and I definitely was PO'd during ME2 when I had no access to any part of him. BW really did a number to my squad dynamics ugh. But it's okay I pretend it's all a bad dream. 
Manipulations is awesome. I have to re-read most chapters bec there's so much detail to it. She fleshed out her characters and I love the flashbacks. The crew crack me up. I wasn't sure to the time line bec she never made references to the mind boggling reaper baby. Of course I could be blind...I've been reading on my iPhone LoL. 


Omg March 6th!! Almost here!!!!!!!!!! Did everyone per order? I pre ordered the CE last Dec from amazon. I'm kinda annoyed that the promos differ from GameStop. My version doesn't get the Valkryie armor. At least Amazon has release day shipping so I expect it to arrive by 6.  I wish I ordered through GameStop so I could have gone to their midnight release :sadface: but now it's too late and CE is SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE!

It takes place prior to getting the Reaper IFF, or else Legion would be in it, and it would be amazingly more awesome. Im sad she hasnt updated yet this week . Thats the only story on the site that I enjoy.

In other news I'm totally stoked about the reversible FemShep covers of the games. I pre-ordered the CE so I get a shiny metal box instead, but it's awesome that they did that for us.

You can't really edit your Shepard on the Xbox, because once you go to "Edit" you automatically get the DefaultShep. So you have to reconstruct your Shep and then tweak her. But then you also get the Facecode.

They said we can edit our imported Shepards in this one! Change the hair or maybe a feature we didnt like. I asked Bioware on Twitter so no worries we will get to change them somewhat!

Inb4 raging: no, you're not.

wha...? raging? what raging? It's a well known fact that a good deal of Kaidanites are m/m Kaidanite luvrs. Been like that for a long while.....right?

And I fully support this option for my BroSheps. Sum of my BroSheps have stayed so faithful and hopeful for their Kaidan luv. It would break my heart if they didn't get their Kaidan luv, too.

On the bright side, from what I'm hearing, it seems it really will be an option for BroShep!

(I'm slightly distraught over Vega, but denial is a very powerful tool. And I will clutch to it until a fat lady...somewhere starts singing:huh:...uh, yeah)

Btw: I'm loving these last 2 weeks. It feels more like a party. Or, the last 2 weeks b4 summer vacation. Technically, you're still in school, but......YEEEEAAAAHHH!

Altho, I've got things to do and this is just friggin' w/ my time. I can't seem to stay away. ME has just taken over my life.

But srsly, I've to finish sum things b4 launch day. That way I can fully enjoy my well deserved ME play time.

Vul is an amazing asset to a game. There are several kaidanites that I like playing with, you guys know what's what. 

Yoshi, Vul, Warqueen, Silverpearl, Madlily, and Mayra are just a few I've been able to play with several times. There are a few more that their names are escaping me but I'm so glad I can play with you kaidanites. You make it so much more fun!

 

Awwww  that's so nice! I agree, we Kaidanites are pretty awesome. And you haven't been able to see me with my new toy yet, I unlocked the asari adept! Phantoms, fear me!

Welcome to all the new peoples!  Come in and discuss the awesomeoness that is Kaidan  with us.

So yesterday before I made dinner I was playing Dance Central (WHAT?) and I came back upstairs to cook and all and forgot the Xbox was on until I went back down to the basement around 1230ish to put laundry in the dryer.  It was on all that time...WHOOPS.

I got the invite from FFWar to play MP but was getting ready to come back upstairs so hopefully I'll get to play with you guys tonight.  

Trying to get my engineer through ME1....I'm rushing it, not gonna do any of the side stuff.  Engineer is not fun in ME1, very boring, but I don't have one so I'm trying to get her done.  Of course she is going to romance Kaidan because ALL my Sheps do  .

See you guys later on hopefully  <3.
