I have to agree that I don't want a wedding...I'm thinking the idea of them saying they want to be together at the end of the game would make me happy. Closer, I guess is more or less what I want. I'm really too excited sometimes for this game. I have to say that reading this forum sometimes makes my day complete. : )

Though funny story my husband was watching me play ME2 the other day as I was finishing my third run thru (Remmy- Soldier-Insanity) and he asked me if I romanced Garrus...Nope. He looked shocked and said then who did you romance?

I'm loyal to Kaidan.

His reply, "Huh, would have considered you more a Garrus girl." I just had to laugh. "Nope, I'm a Kaidan girl."

Okay, sooo want it to be March 6. : )

Hey, girls, you can live happily ever after without getting married ! And I absolutely DON'T imagine my femshep as a bride. She's too independant for that.

It may not work for your femShep, and that's fine; but some of us feel it'd be a logical end goal...and by "end goal," I don't mean "end of the game" goal, I mean "when the war is over and everything has settled" goal. The main point of the game is to defeat the Reapers - not get hitched. That said, if there's the opportunity to go "when all this is done, we should talk about it," what's wrong with that? Talking about marriage doesn't make femShep weak. It makes her human. Deciding that she never wants to get married makes her human, too. It's a personal decision and there's nothing that says an independent person can't be married or talk about it in a future sense.

I don't want some cheesy "get down on one knee and give a huge, eloquent speech" crap from Kaidan. My femShep wouldn't want that either. But what's wrong with, assuming they manage to work everything out before finally taking the Reapers on, going, "hey, if we make it through this we should talk about a commitment?"

I'll take cheesy get down on one knee crap. But I'd also be ecstatic with Shep on a battlefield somewhere saying, "Alenko. When all this is over, let's spend the rest of our lives together. Wanna?" and then finish it off with a shotgun blast to a banshee's face. Because that would totally fit my Shep's personality. And make me laugh a lot.

But, yes, no wedding scene until after the war is over. I wouldn't mind actually seeing it. At the same time, I wouldn't mind it just being mentioned in an epilogue. Hell, just end the game with Kaidan in a tux, standing at the altar. I don't even need to see Shep in a dress.

I dunno, they could do a Pirates of the Caribbean 3 wedding.  You know, one mid-battle.  Shep is a captain of a ship.

Awesome! Welcome to the club, lol. You get that special N7 gamer picture for doing so. I have it up as mine; it is the easiest way to tell if someone completed ME1 on Insanity or not. For ME2, I recieved the Insanity acheivement before any of the DLC was avaliable. Now do you have to complete LotSB or Arrival for it to unlock, or just the vanilla game?

I am going to try and finish another ME2 playthrough, but the MP demo is so distracting. Plus (like I said during one of our games) I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas to come. I can't wait for March 6th to unopen my CE and find out how the story of femShep and Kaidan ends.

That was amazing! 
I really can't wait now. I'll be finished my latest ME2 playthrough today or tomorrow and I'm thinking of starting ME1 again... I accidentally let Ashley kill Wrex back on Virmire and I was going to go back a save and change it but then I thought... hey, this is actually quite poignant.
Obviously I saved Kaidan so I thought Ash's sacrifice was an atonement of sorts for her insubordination in killing Wrex.
Seeing him in the demo makes me regret it ofc - I usually always save him.

On the subject on marriage/proposal, I agree about a proposal the 'night before' Ilos style! Definitely something I can imagine Kaidan suggesting. I don't think they could pull off a wedding without it being terribly cheesy, but hey. I loved the wedding mod in DAO.

They did say we would be rewarded months ago. But I have no idea if it's anything significant or more than other LI options (spoiler free me)

I don't see there being any reward, other than a "I never stopped loving you" dialogue choice.

If anything, you might be missing out on more by staying loyal because you won't get to see what will probably be an interesting conversation when you meet your other LI.

 Hmm, from what I've been able to tell, the livestream event is happen at 12:00 PM PST. I'm not positive if this is the right site that it's going to happen on but I assume that its http://www.livestream.com/biowaretv 

Again, I'm guessing here since it said on Facebook that it'll happen as a livestream event, but doesn't provide a link. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though.
