I know, but it's the same issue I have with the Genesis comic... I'd miss all the ME1 character cameos. Though if I'm just doing it for the romance, I guess I don't really need to worry about the rest of the game... Gah, I'm being too much of a control freak over this.

This was pretty much my entire thought process on the matter in a nutshell. Though I still have a strong urge to go through with Sheploo now anyways...

Although I disagree with him as far as "settling" (or wanting Garrus at all, but to each their own), I really do feel for people who wanted Tali or Garrus as an LI in ME3. I'm really happy about the VS, but every player should be able to romance the character of their choice, no matter what kind of Shepard they play. Just my opinion, and I'm not trying to ruffle feathers. I just don't blame the guy for feeling like he'd choose someone else if he could...although my choice in ME2 was to just have no romance at all when Kaidan wasn't available.

Here it looks like he just glances at Kaidan, but when I played through it, Shepard smiled a small bit (in addition to tilting his head, which Sheploo does).

I only ask because something similar happened to me.  Now I ask before I accept a friend request.  Lol, I don't think you're being sensitive.  I found the whole experience to be quite off-putting.  You can add me if you haven't already (GinningComet3).  I don't mind playing with shy people. I have a mic but I don't care if you use one or not.  I just like to play with people that I semi know.

I know what you mean.  I keep thinking I am going to switch to DA:O  but I just keep working on my FemSheps to have them ready.  I still want to make a Ripley Shepard that looks like Sigourney Weaver from Alien.
