Wow!! like 10 pages since yesterday! I cant read all that lol slow down! hehe!

Anyways i had a great time being an extra in a music video yesterday night! This guy joined us and played for us all night! I thought i would share the video with you guys! He is amazing!! Im sure he gets lots of ass lol!

Sure do!  There's no need to be shy.  All the Kaidanites I've played with so far are really nice and funny.  It's such a refreshing change from gaming with people who are way serious and play the blame game if the mission doesn't turn out sterling.  We just have fun!  Add basbaker to your Origins friends list if you like and we'll play

I third this motion! Besides, this way we can squee about Kaidan while we kick butt in multiplayer.

another question about choices, in me2 did people choose to save or destroy Maelon's data on the genophage? i cant remember what i did, think it was the paragon choice but which choice is good?

I usually always save Maelon's data. I do it because I turn to the data gained out of all the horrendous things that were done in the **** concentration camps. The way that data was gathered was absolutely unethical and no sane or ethical researcher would ever have done those experiements, but I don't think that data was destroyed. In fact, I think much of it was put to good use.

So, I decided that once the data is gathered, it might as well have a chance at doing some good in the world. The data itself is not to blame for the methods used to gather it.

I figure that's not meta-gaming. I hope that the Holocaust has never been forgotten in femShep's day and age.

The paragon choice involved stopping Mordin from killing Maelon, I believe.  I ended up encouraging Mordin to save the data, although left it to him what to do with it, ultimately.  I've never destroyed it.

I think I saved it on my canon playthrough. I hope it pays off in ME3.

I ended up stopping Mordin from killing Maleon. I almost had him destroy the data (I mean as horrible as it is the Genophage was made for a reason), but then realized it would be best to keep it, no matter how horrible the means of procuring it were.

I almost did the same thing with the Collector base but I 1) Don't trust TIM as far as Joker can throw him and 2) Have noticed the tendency for all things Reaper related to have horrible side effects when people have long time exposure to them. As smart as TIM is you'd think he'd have a bunch of science teams rotating in and out of that dead Reaper instead of just one group living on board, but such is the price of being a secret terrorist group I guess

I never destroy things if I can help it - it's why I have archives of my old documents going back 20 years on my hard drive. Hence I always keep the genophage data just in case Same with Kasumi and the greybox. However, my renegade who purposefully did things differently destroyed the greybox and handed the base to TIM - her story will be interesting. Can't exactly have 4 identical playthroughs, so each one has some variation, and likely will have different consequences. At least, I hope they will - I guess we'll find out!

On a related note, the first time I played, I sent Kaidan with Kirrahe and his men thinking this was the only way to save the salarians, but they actually survive every time no matter who you send with them (assuming you do everything to save them as you're going around the base). Makes me wonder where Ash was whenever I sent her with them and they survived...

I think Kirrahe survives because he's leading a different distraction team. Like all the salarians with Ash/Kaidan happen to die, but the rest survive because Joker manages to pick them up? Maybe.

@live-action trailer: one of those little flammable canisters from Arrival shows up at about 0:17. That's the only one I caught.

@The US burning. If all of North America is burning, you've got us Canadians and the Mexicans burning with you. Solidarity? (Would prefer if it happened to none of us, but what can you do). Also in-Universe, it's the United North American something-or-other. So we're all in this together. Burning. The future kinda sucks.

I don't usually wish for any country to go down in flames. Sure there are places that we'd all like to change, but when you actively wish for the destruction of a place you have to consider the secondary effects it has the regular people who live there. Before you start wishing for any place to be brought down/destroyed you have to be absolutely sure that place is so bad that it's worth all the chaos/destruction that will be visited on the general population.

It breaks my heart to see any of the places in ME3 burning.

Choices choices. Saved data from Moridins loyalty mission, erased Kasumis graybox, if it's really bad for the alliance it's not good to save. And I destroyed that Collector ship. Cerberus is waaaay too evil to be trusted with it.

What did people do with the geth? I found that decision to be particularly difficult. Because throughout the whole mission Shep is going on and on about how brainwashing any race is wrong. Then at the end, the paragon option is to rewrite. Was anyone else disconcerted by the end of this mission?

I only gave Legion to TIM once by accident.  I had to play the entire Derelict Reaper mission over again to undo it. I wonder how that will play out.  I wonder what would happen if you kept Legion but never turned him on.  Hm...
