I would hate a pregnancy ending. My Shep isn't' having any kids.
I would just like a happy ending that gives you a feeling of hope and accomplishment and that it actually mattered that you spent all that time gathering war assets. I would like Shep to be alive and not separated from her crew and LI, and seeing them on a planet, preferrably Earth, where we are given the impression that not everything is completely lost and destroyed and that one day things can rebuild.
Some closure on what happened to the rest of the galaxy, and what other crewmates did afterwards, would be appreciated and would be totally fine to have as texts.
I'm surprised BW didn't see this coming, honestly. They have to have known that there would be a lot of people who wanted a happy ending for their Sheps.
I'd sort of like one that's a bit of a reverse of Mars. One where if your Shep lives, your LI has to find you and dig you out of the rubble and rush you to the hospital, rescue you for once. Maybe have the game end with a black screen, loud breathing and flickering of eyes (basically we're seeing Shep wake up from his/her perspective), and before the blurry images can clear, the screen fades to black again but not quite before you hear a voice say "Dr., she's waking up!" (maybe your LI if you had one).
That line there could have so many implactions, especaly if you played the first game and had Kaidan/Ashely saying it, it could me that the games where just the beacon showing shep the future or a possible one?
sorry my spelling is bad
Agreed, I want something a little more definitive.
Well, I would think that if there are scenes of you being put in a hospital in obviously very bad shape that even though the last bit where you wake up mirrors the part after Eden Prime in ME1, it wouldn't leave open the doors too much. It wouldn't for me anyhow; for me, it would be more like an echo of where things started. A cycle coming full circle if you will.
And head canon can take over from there.
