In regards to the mp all I have to say is that the matches are a little long. Most of the ones that I'm in (that survive to the end that is :D) are about half an hour. Kinda wish they'd put in short style matches.

But I surprisingly love MP considering I hate most mp games o.o

Also forever alone on the ps3

Yeah, I noticed that too. Makes it hard to play when there's a needy husband and toddler in the house. ;)

Okay. I'm feeling better about the last 5-10 minutes of the game now. I have my doubts still, but I'm feeling better. Now I can get back to how absolutely beautiful the romance with Kaidan was. All of the feels.

Just rewatched some of the endings, you dont even see the Normandy go into a relay, or is it just me being blind?

If you are all really serious i highly suggest joining the Retake Mass Effect group on facebook. This is one of the plans they have going so it will keep you posted on when to mail the letter:

PHASE TWO IS HERE!!! Previously we have been focusing on recruitment, and spreading the word about. While that needs to continue I feel that with well over 10,000 supporters we can start doing more.

1. A letter campaign. There's nothing like a good old fashioned letter campaign. Physical letters can often mean a lot more than digital ones. I'd like everyone who is willing and able to compose a letter to send to Bioware (just them for the moment).

Letters need to be short, and simple. Highlight why you are writing to them, and what you are asking for. Do not suggest ideas for a new ending other than in vague terms.
BE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. If it wouldn't be in a Disney cartoon it shouldn't be in your letter.

DO NOT send the letters out yet. There will be a single release date, so Bioware knows we are organized.

add: #RetakeMassEffect somewhere in your letter, so they know we are all in this together.

Can't send a physical letter? Email works, same rules as above.

Where to send:
Mailing Address:
BioWare Edmonton
200-4445 Calgary Trail NW
Edmonton AB
Canada T6H 5R7

Email: contact@bioware.com

So, there is an idea out there about taking donations that people would have otherwise spent on DLCs and giving them to a charity.

The idea originated over here---

http://social.biowar...index/9821599/1

The person who came up with it suggested the Nature Conservancy.

http://www.nature.org/

Would people here be up for something like this? I think this could garner us a lot of support (as opposed to insults involving entitlement). And it would be a great contribution! If you're interested, let someone involved in one of the campaigns know about it.

As far as alternate ending DLC goes, if they released a free one I would be able to forgive them enough to possibly buy their next game. However if they made us pay for a better ending I WOULD buy it because I love Mass Effect so much that I want a happy ending and final resolution to a game, no an experience that I have spent so much time And money On. However if they were to go the paid route I would never trust them again. I would t bother with Dragon Age 3 nor would I buy any more mass effect titles and I would cancel my subscriptions to SWTOR.

We really have no idea what happened to the Normandy, except that it was the only ship in range of this explosion as no other ships were trying to escape that explosion and that it ended up on some jungle planet with two moons. Do you know of any jungle planets with two moons in our solar system?

I assumed they went through a worm hole of some kind.  Not the actual relay.

I was never opposed to not paying for it, I ultimately expect it won't come for free.  But I believe this is an awesome idea and would gladly send the funds to the cause.  Thanks for the info txmn.  Please keep us updated. Posted Image

The Normandy had no logical reason to flee the explosion if said explosion was from the Citadel, because from what they know it was supposed to destroy the reapers. Now if the mass relays blew up, which is unclear then it might be the same sort of explosion from Arrival which again they'd have very little time to escape.

I think most people would pay for it (some begrugingly).  The point of donating to a cause would be to (1) dismiss the idea that we are crazed animals intent on lynching the devs at Bioware, (2) encourage them in a passive-resistance way to alter the endings, and (3) support a good cause as a community that Bioware is ultimately responsible for bringing together.

No, there's absolutely no logic. There are so much OOCness and so many plotholes that it makes my brain melt just thinking about it. It's why I can't headcanon it because it just makes zero sense. Flying unicorns may as well descended to from the sky at that point and I would've better understood that.

Hi!
So I'm near to finish ME3. I have over 5000 war assets and about 68%readiness. Is this enough for the "best" ending?

I'm slightly less depressed now, I've just quickly created a new ending in my mind, after reading a thread about all the best bits of the game I just can't let 5mins ruin that for me. So right now I'm feeling contented. I hope they bring DLC out but if they don't I'll just live in my own little world. Being blissfully ignorant.

Personally, I've settled on the old Dallas ending.  My FemShep wakes up, hears water running, goes into her bathroom, oh look, it's Kaidan, in the shower, turns out it was mostly a bad dream!

Crew and others all still alive.

Plus I get to see Kaidan in the shower.

Happiness all round!  :bandit:

Yup, you're good to go. If for some reason your last paragon/renegade conversation option with TIM is blurred out, hit the renegade interrupt. You'll know what I'm talking about when you get there.

Good luck. I guess :(

HAHAHAHA!  Good one.  It was all just her pre-battle jitters.  Then the ending comes, they use the Catalyst to fry the Reapers.  Celebrations by all.

Yeah I ended up with over 6000 war assests and they're not longer listying my 'Readiness Rating' so I dunno how everyone was having such a hard time.

Yup, that's it, ending sorted, we are good to go!  Fry the Reapers, go off and make lots of little Kaidan babies!

Sigh.

And I won't even charge Bioware if they should wish to include that in the much-needed sort out the ending DLC we all want so badly.  They screwed the game big time.

*sigh*

Because there's a difference between total war assets and effective military strength. EMS is the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS. Your EMS has to be over 4000 to get the "best" ending. I've got well over 7000 war assets, but it means jack because at 50% readiness I only have an EMS of 3500.

The point is, it's basically impossible to get 4000 EMS (and I cannot imagine that in any way is it possible to get 5000) without playing multiplayer or metagaming the crap out of your playthroughs of ME1 and ME2.

I like multiplayer, but I shouldn't HAVE to play it to get the ending I want. Especially not since the devs REPEATEDLY and SPECIFICALLY promised you wouldn't have to for the "best" ending.

It also really doesn't help that some war assets are bugged for me, so I never get the STG support that Hackett says I'm getting.

Anyway, oh gawd I think the Kaidan romance has permanently broken my heart. I do love all the subtle differences between an ME1 romance and a new in ME3 romance. Because I can't lose you again nope I gotta go cry again...

I haven't finished the game yet (I just finished Thessia) and it's not listing my Readiness rating so as far as I know my War Assets=EMS.  I'm aware that Readiness rating lowers that based on %.
