I was really happily surprised with how my FemShep turned out in ME3.  Her face was made in ME1 and imported into 2, then into 3, but only in 3 did it actually start to look decent to me.

Yes I noticed the same thing! And my FemShep didn't have a real helmet on during any of those either, just some visor thing that helped my cool down reduction times so I wondered how hard she hit the ground and why nobody ever worries about that.

More on topic, yes I do love Kaidan's face when he said he lied about coming up for a drink. (Not sure who mentioned it to begin with but it was so D'aaworthy)

Of course his final lines to a loyal FemShep about not losing her again killed me even before I knew what the endings had in store. Man this game was sooo perfect until those last few minutes, especially in the Kaidan department.

I was happier too, though my FemShep didn't import and I had to remake her. I changed just a few things, but yeah, she's much prettier now

So true! Sadly I knew the ending beforehand and so Kaidan's lines broke my heart! I couldn't play for a while for crying

Never have this problem with mShep, because I never understood why anyone would want to play the game as a poorly detailed custom face when you can have Mark Vanderloo

Yeah poor guys. I thought it only happened if you didn't romance him and was totally happy for him, but now I can't really see him as the "nice" guy he used to be portrayed as.

Edit: It really makes you appreciate coming back to Kaidan after all these years and percieved betrayals though.

I believe it gives a small boost to one of the war assets (increased morale or something).

If you pay attention, you'll see it directs funds from "post-war" rebuilding, not from current wartime resources. And if you beat the game... well, yeah. Spend all your money now, guys.

Yes, you could just take your face code and plug it in manually, but some of the facial features are different. I didn't really look quite like my Shepard, so I just fiddled with a few of the settings to get it closer. I think she looks better now, but definitely a little different.

I actually feel like playing ME3 again. Before I had zero desire to replay it again because of the last 5mins, but now I've rewritten it in my head it's all good.
Plus I just watched a video of renegade femshep and I can't miss that! (It was the Jacob romance, thank god I didn't romance him, there should have been a renegade interrupt to punch him in the face or that smug cow)
So tomorrow my day will be some ME3, which will involve my femshep just stalking the hospital.

Oh and just wondering, Do you guys choose renegade options with Kaidan when romancing him? I feel too harsh to do so lol My shepard is a complete cow to everyone expect her friends, I can tell you know she's going to hate James Vega... 
Ohh and another thing... So you can totally kill Kaidan/Ashley during the citadel coup... I feel like making a new save with Ashley alive so I can just gun her down... is that evil?

Agreed!  I haven't watched Thane's though.  I mean I know how it ultimately ends but does the relationship carry over to ME3?

I'm not surprised Kia lol, they've all been through a lot, even for early thirties, Kaidan would be nearly 36 now right? I remember him saying he was 33 in ME1

Haha so yes it does, my his death scene is pretty much the same whether you romance him or not, just a few added sentences.

Before the attack on the citadel go to the Apollo cafe and the matriarch is standing behind the counter, you should be able to talk to her, then go talk to Liara.

Also, she says something along the lines of you being Liara's girlfriend/boyfriend even if you'rte not so don't freak out too much about it lol.
