You can get liara to talk to her father?
How did you get that?

Looking at the war asset list there are a few things I have no idea about lol..
Guess I missed out on a few things

There are part where you have lunch with her at the cafe in the Presidium Commons. She's just sitting there at one of the tables (I think maybe you get an email inviting you to lunch, can't remember for sure). Anyway, you have to convince her to talk to her 'dad'.

I was actually just watching the other romances on youtube... and I feel like Kaidan got one of the best! Most of the others final scenes were much shorter.

Agreed!  I haven't watched Thane's though.  I mean I know how it ultimately ends but does the relationship carry over to ME3?

Shep: Would you like to spend some time together?
Thane: I'd like that, but I should warn you, my cardiovascular system is not what-
(shep kisses him)
Shep: You were saying something?

Haha so yes it does, my his death scene is pretty much the same whether you romance him or not, just a few added sentences.

Just read some very interesting observation. Vega mentions hearing a "hum" when you talk to him in the Shuttle Bay. It's like the same thing Kaidan said about the Conduit statue in ME1.

The plot thickens

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought that.

That line never really went anywhere in ME3, though. But then again I wouldn't know, I never used James after the Mars mission.

I was wondering about this as well, but nothing ever came of it. At least I didn't come across anything... maybe James is just hearing things.:?

He was the very model of a scientist salarian. Had to sing the rest of his line while crying in that part *sigh*

I lost it when he talked about the seashells at the end.

I never got him singing at that part, I was like O.o

My fiance did, he sang cos he was trying to calm his nerves, but when I did my playthrough he seemed really calm and confident and talked about something (can't remember) and never actually sung, so I have no idea what I did (or said) differently to get this instead.

Oh god the seashells! I had almost forgotten about that.:crying: RIP Mordin, we'll miss you always.

*wipes tears from eyes* Anyways I'm glad we get to see more of Archie in OUAT. And does anyone else find it udderly adorable that Sbarge needs a "kid fix" when he's away from his own kids?

Edit: Oh I just read your post KMYash and it made me tear up even more.:crying::crying::crying:

He seemed really content, even smiled, talking about curing the genophage, I'll have to go back and record it cos Im on my second playthrough and it happened the same way both times.

I just played through the romance again, I loved it even more. When he says "I can't lose you again." I sobbed. That whole conversation was done so well, the voice acting was superb! Gosh I loved it. Gut wrenching.  <3<3<3

I think the last talk with Kaidan in London before the end is the most emotional scene throughout the entire series with him. I hated saying goodbye. Great.... now I'm tearing up again.

Argh lol I can't believe I missed that. Good thing I'm doing a 2nd pt even though it's killing me. When does it happen? She just got finished doing that record of me in my cabin.

You may have already missed it. I think it can only happen before the attack.

She's tending bar in the commons, near the very first time you can interact with Liara on the Citadel (same place you go for the Kaidan date). She won't initially be there, but on one of the return trips, you can see her.

She has a ton of lines with Liara, about things like Liara being quarter Krogan and headbutting people. There's a lot of gold there.

They're both really amazing voice actors.  And though it kills me, this scene is probably going to be one of my favorites in gaming for a long time.  :crying:

Never have this problem with mShep, because I never understood why anyone would want to play the game as a poorly detailed custom face when you can have Mark Vanderloo :P

I don't play mansheps but I really - I mean REALLY - don't like that face.  I can see that some people wouldn't want to go with it.  And then there's the fun of creating your own.
