I also remember Jessica saying "Now someone is going to go and mod that into the game and ruin everything". I thought that meant that a proposal was already in the game but since it wasn't....maybe the real ending we are all hoping for will have it????  Oh I just got my hopes up again and I really shouldn't do that to myself <_<

He also said 'Shepard, will you marry me?'.  Twitter almost exploded, me along with it!  

Hmmmmmm, biotic babies..... I'll be in my bunk!

So I'm jumping back into this forum because I just stayed up late to beat the game half an hour ago... and I'm so pissed.  Ugh.  Seriously?  THOSE are the endings??  I actually had to turn off the game after the part with the Citadel attack and Thane's heroics, shooting bottles with Garrus, and the date with Kaidan because I felt SO amazingly good about the game at that point that I wanted to take time to process it.  And yes, sexy times with Kaidan were good and I loved the hospital visit, the "bunking" and the farewell scene on Earth.  But I'm so heartbroken with the 2 endings I saw (with 6k EMS) and it's just left me with a very unsatisfactory taste in my mouth.   I can't wait to jump back into MP with you guys tomorrow to discuss because it's hard to explain to other people how a video game can make you so frustrated.

I hate the way the lighting momentarily craps out on his face in this, a shot that should have a profound impact, which starts off an incredible piece by Clint Mansell (really, mostly his only piece in the game, except near the end).

The lighting on Ashley's face is flawless during her version of this scene.

What would happen if Shepard and Kaidan got married? Would Kaidan call her "Alenko" then instead of Shepard?  I know they have to have everyone call her/him Shepard, but it's sort of silly when you think about it that no one ever refers to Shep by her/his first name, even the person who announces their eternal undying love for you.

I already realized there are lots of plot holes before I finish the game
heck even I could write better ending than that <_<

I love the way Kaidan handles the ME2 romance interest, he's very mature about it and even takes responsibility for Horizon.

Oh Kaidan *sigh*

Going to start my NG+ tomorrow, and try and get some MP in over the weekend.

I still think it'll get worse for you.

I read the spoilers weeks ago (not in great detail though) and I still wasn't remotely prepared for what actually happened even though they were right.

Tbh Kaidans romance has been the only good thing about the game at this point, the holes are growing so big it's engulfing everything else, like why would legion want to upload reaper tech when 90% of his conversation in ME2 were pro self detrimation, finding thier own path. Not that I don't have some issue with the romance but they are acceptable levels and the rest was just so good it can't quite taint it yet, though the ending alone comes close.

You're not alone. And yeah silver, madlily, and I did a lot of discussing of the endings tonight. We've got a few theories but unfortunately all of them point to a rushed game or just laziness on the part of the developers. Either that or they all just went temporarily insane.

Pick Bronze in MP and have full team and you should be fine It's all a matter of learning and practice anyway. After few matches, you'll be much better both in MP and SP

Cookies  Coincidental that I was chatting with someone on this thread the other day about chocolate chip cookies. You know, I love chocolate chip cookies without the chocolate chips... But then I guess you can't really call them chocolate chip cookies because of the lack of the chocolate chips.

Sorry, am I rambling? I guess that's what happens when you go for 48 hours with no food or sleep due to some sort of emotional stressor like a depressing ending of an amazing game *eye twitch*

When I went into work yesterday, me and 2 of the guys I work with, both gamers, had a long intense rant about it. I think we scared the rest of the division. They apparently didn't realise they had 3 N7-rated people in their midst - 3 very tired-looking people that is!

You can pick the chips off the cookies and give them back - no sense in wasting good chips of chocolate!

I'm not reacting as bad as I thought I would, but then that may be due to me spoiling myself and knowing what to expect. I'm kinda glad I did now.

I just want hope that bioware plan post-game DLC/expansion but I dont want to get hopes up for no reason.

I have a couple people at work who are going to be playing soon and I want to warn them but dont have the heart, same with my boyfriend...I've played ignorant to the endings, he keeps asking due to seeing reviews on amazon due to them. I feel bad

because by uploading a part of that reaper code it was going to make the geth self aware and therefore EACH one of them an individual unit instead of being all one being tied to the consensus
