I had two from Kaidan, one that said he was gonna try and visit Shepard and another one saying that next time he and Vega play poker he'll deal Shepard in so that Vega could win money off of someone other than him lol.

Can someone reply to his thing about the Mass Relays exploding ( I can't for whatever reason, stupid youtube) ... because at Bioware stated in Arrival.. if they blow up it's going to take out the whole system it's in...

the reason the relay blew up in arrival was because they flew an asteroid into it, thus causing a monster explosion,,, this time round they just sorta broke apart i guess

Aoibheann .. I hope that spoiler is true too... like it would be just awesome....if it is legit,they have to release a statement sometime soon cause they are getting some pretty negative press right now and need to do something before it gets too bad

I mean i feel really bad about it cause like 95% of this game is brilliant, its only that horrible ending that ruins it... imagine the devastation if you were one of the programmers etc on this game

I can definitely see the resemblance.  Not an exact match, but I know how you can see they're similar!

Have we EVER found out who Kaidan's actual face model was? I've been simply dying to know ever since ME1.

i totally agree. I mean for me they could have added things... like Thane's invictus mission and possible cure and of course more dialog with ...well just about everyone... but as a whole the game ( from what i've played so far) is totally awesome and the music...

i'm wondering if people in Bioware on the Mass Effect team that had big parts and weren't involved in the endings..are just as upset...or were upset until they found out  "stuff" ....i mean the whole lack of choicr and railroading etc in the end is just ridiculous.

Nope, never. Neither for Ash or Joker. We know that Joker was most likely some random dude they pulled of a street, one of the devs tweeted one that he saw Joker in a bar a few years later. So Ash & Kaidan probably too. Valve devs said that this is what they've been often doing, picking up people they saw on the street/stores/bars and liked their look for characters. 1 time easy contract for face-scan and never seeing them again.

There's a pic of Ashley's face model when she was getting scanned (the one where she has her hair wrapped in a cap for the scan) from some Making od/Behind the Scenes video so I think Kaidan was scanned too. But he may have been modified. Jacob's face model doesn't look exactly like Jacob, they edited the scan of Jacob's face to be "wider". Samara and her face model don't look identical either, it was especially visible when her face model dressed up as Samara for Comic-Con.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Kaidan was based off of Kasey Hudson.

I wish Kaidan would have visited Purgatory, I know he isn't really the type but my Shep is the type to drag him there lol!

Aussie Kaidanites unite! Wollongong, NSW here.

Kaidan's goodbye had me in tears.  If I don't get to see proof of him 'fighting like hell' to hold Shep again, I might just pop like a baloon.

So somewhere in the Edmonton area, there is an actual Joker, and there may be a real Kaidan...

Rofl @ this.. a couple of people from random threads ive been on today have said now they shoot the kid lots in the end scenes for revenge hahah

I'm feeling a little more optimistic about the possibility of DLC to fix this debacle, Casey Hudson came out and said, blah blah we like endings blah blah company line blah blah, which was to be expected, but in the same article he talks about how important player feedback is and how much they listen and that we can shape future DLC.... kinda makes me think that they will be putting out something that explains wtf happened at the end of the game and giving us our happy endings...

Someone mentioned earlier about how much Kaidan has changed. I have to say his little "rage" after Horizon about going after TIM kind of gave me chills. I was thinking, "Damn, -I- sure wouldn't want to fight an angry Kaidan..."

cause i rewrote them then saved that admiral koris dude and i got to save both tali and legion, you HAVE to save Koris though

I thought Legion died regardless?
