As far as Priestly's thread about the endings... I know we need to patient and give everyone a chance to finish the game. He's right. But I feel like he's also trying to redirect us to focusing on the good parts in an effort to buy time for damage control... I don't know. Maybe I'm just too suspicious.

I really want to start a new game for Kaidan, but then I think about it, become depressed again and just continue following the "Retake Mass Effect" efforts here.

His eyes are too bright. They're almost golden-brown. It might just be the eye shadow making the color pop though.

Edit: @Sandtigress I loved that scene too, it was just so pretty. It was also really weird for me though because as soon as I realized where he was on the map I pictured him standing in pretty much the exact place we found him standing, looking at the stars. It was like Bioware was in my head for that scene.

Just got a new iPhone (mine was 3 years old haha D: ) so I can use the app to get Kaidan e-mails. That's pretty sad but I'll take all the Shenko I can get to forget those horrid endings

I'm pretty sure that has been already discussed but still the whole romance was absolutely adorable. I've watched, for example, Tali's final romance scene and can say that it is much less sensual and tender. And that was the only thing I could 105% thank Bioware for - Kaidan and Shepard's story. The dialogues, his showing his character right from the start on Mars, his words showing he "remembers" that they were close and that it matters for him. The final scene when he comes "for quick drinks" and those shimmering voices in London, even wetness in his eyes(!)... and the voice! The voice was actually the very first thing I loved about this character back in 2009. But in ME3... gosh, that "Hey, where are you going?" line is haunting me xD Raphael did amazing job.
I'm not a person who usually "squee" about any male-characters I'm not one of those "fangirlspawn" (if smb here has heard about them from DeviantArt community ) too but I literally did smile like a stupid every scene, every dialogue, every time Kaidan communicated with my F!Shep. And the scenario of this romance is one important reason for it but voice-acting was on no account less important.
We all wanted epic reunion after Horizon. And I think we have got it.

(NOT an ending rant) Though I do think that Shepard deserves her happy end. She's suffered enough through these three years and so did Kaidan. I actually think that knowing he has lost her again and now - forever - he has a strong chance for never to get over it. At least, so I think remembering his letter where he like underlined how deadly painful he felt after she died in ME2.

So i just watched the NG+ addition with gramps and the grandson... so freaking retarded...it makes no sense..and makes me think the crash etc wasn't a hallucination ... the planets look the same... *headdesk* i don't know what to say or think...

guys. :-) More ME3 stuff from me will have to wait for the muse to
think something up. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with what they gave
me in-game except for that one scene. But then again, the muse is
still working slowly through ME1, so I guess we'll see. Whatever comes

That's
exactly how I feel and what makes my gut wrench everytime I think about
it. I can't leave Kaidan without Shepard. Not after dying on him once
and not after his last lines with Shepard before everything went to
hell. If I had had a choice to sacrifice my Shepard for the galaxy or
live but lose most of the galaxy but have Kaidan live, I would have
chosen to live in a heartbeat. But basically our only choice was die and
not know what happens to anyone...well except for the breathing ending
but we still don't know what happened [smilie]../../../../images/forum/emoticons/sad.png[/smilie]

*Sigh*  I've got a feeling Kaidan wouldn't want to live after he found out she was dead.  He might follow Javik's example and end himself.    Sorry about being a downer.

Having tried the synthesis rubbish ending, I felt AWFUL when Kaidan stepped out with all those freakish green lines all over him - what had I done to him! And all the other living creatures in the galaxy? I have since reloaded and blown the crap out of everything synthetic and woken up in rubble - it has to be a dream, please let it be so... either that or I completely wasted my time trying to help EDI and the Geth. And Kaidan is stranded on random tropical paradise with Joker and Javik for company. Grr.

Me too!  I was all giggles, d'aws, and smiles during that part....the whole scene actually

Aww, yeah  I could actually feel myself blushing by that point because I knew my mom was in the room lol
