I really like the indoctrination theory, everything just makes more sense that way.

One thing that I noticed which is really weird is that Shepard seems to spend the most time around Reaper technology out of anyone who isn't indoctrinated. It's like she has some sort of special anti-indoctrination power. Why is that? Really strong will that allows her to resist Morinth? Or just plot contrivance?

Of course, indoctrination is weird. That Amanda woman from Arrival seemed to get indoctrinated in the time between showing you how to stop the Reapers and you suggesting using it to stop the Reapers. It was like three seconds. She can't have been indoctrinated before or she wouldn't have told you the damn plan.

how she has a gentle heart and is similar to Shepard
the problem is my Shepard always kill most of the NPC (like fist and finch)
how the heck Shepard has gentle heart?

Yeah...it definitely fits some Shepards better than others.  Mine was a perfect paragon and the most ridiculous hero in the galaxy, so it fit her well.  She was always saving people and stopping vigilantes and what not...

All the lines about Shepard being the best that humanity has to offer seems (to me) to fit paragon Sheps the best, though I guess that depends on what you see good about humanity.

The fetish is mentioned on Noveria in ME1...Allers mentions him staring her down during an interview and says he must have had PR training or something.

I still think it's stupid to that we are shoehorned into one of these "artsy" endings in a game based around choice.

It took approximately ten minutes to decide that that ending didn't happen and that Shepard, with her long tradition of talking people into committing suicide and ending centuries-old conflicts, convinced the starchild he was being a ****** (it shouldn't even be overly hard since he was) and then the starchild destroys the reapers (possibly the relays, too, since that appears to be the result of the catalyst activating). The AIs are not destroyed, however, because from what I can gather the AIs never actually had to be destroyed. The starchild was just still convinced that only organics or synthetics (or a mixture of both) could survive andn so if you picked organics he wanted to give them their chance. Becuase he's stupid.

Also, what is he on about with organic/synthetic creatures being the final stage of evolution. How could something that is created and something that is born combining it synthetic/organic hybrids possibly be evolotuion? I just don't see it occuring naturally EVER and not even being possible without the violating green beam of violation.

I remember when Kaidan said that he was glad I didn't judge him for Rahna breaking his heart and I was thinking "That's because I was too busy judging Rahna for being shallow and clearly not half as worthwhile as everyone seemed to think she was if she's really going to freak out over someone saving her." But it was best not to tell him that.

I haven't touched ME1 in 2 years so my memory's a little rusty. I kinda wanna play it again and bring Kaidan everywhere.

You mean, you didn't bring him everywhere with you in the first place? It's actually kinda funny, I thought back the other night and realized that in every single playthrough of ME1, I've brought along Kaidan to every mission. The only time he wasn't with me was during Virmire, of course, where I sent him with Kirrahae. I bet he eventually got the message and learned to suit up and wait by the Mako whenever Shep gave Joker the cue to land.

Ahh no no, I did bring him everywhere. Him and Ashley, until Ashley got Virmired... then it was him and Liara.

I was so happy we got whole story mission in ME3 that involved Kaidan and Liara.

And yes, I believe Kaidan's writer changed for ME3. Her name escapes me at the moment, but she did an awesome job.

Thats pretty damn cute.  The more I learn the little things about Kaidan, the more I understand why I love the guy so much...his personality is rather similar to my own.
