Am I the only one that would change Kaidan's armor, then have FemShep wear one that matched?
I like his default one better, so I have him wear that, then change Shepard's armor to be the same color. =P

That's the the blue with the two stripes down the front, right? That's my favorite, too, followed by the other blue one with the white camo overlay. The heavier armor and tactical gear are okay, but they make him look like he should be in GoW or something in my opinion.

I'm going to have to find a vid of Kaidan killing Udina if you don't take the renegade interrupt. I couldn't help myself and basically acted on impulse because I have NEVER liked Udina. I immediately called shenanigans when he was being so nice to Shepard, it just didn't add up.
Also, when Kaidan says "I hope I don't regret this", I got all scared at first until it was clear that he was siding with Shepard.
I held off shooting Udina - I felt proud when Kaidan took the shot, he deserved to have his moment. He was more directly betrayed by the man who he was supposed to be working for. Later on you hear the news announcement that Major Kaidan Alenko took the shot - the Second Human Spectre. I kinda like that - a bit like Buzz Aldrin will always be remembered as the Second Man on the Moon (and I noticed he's the voice of the stargazing man at the end of ME3). Still an awesome guy, not as famous as the first, but remembered in history for his own actions.

At first I thought you said Kaidan was the Stargazer. Almost spit coffee all ov er my desk. That'd not be okay at all.

Yeah. One of the things I really loved in the game is the large amount of character growth that Kaidan had--both in reference to how he was in ME1 and through ME3 as well.dstrawberrygirl wrote...

That moment. I was glad that HE did it. Not because I didn't want to shoot Udina. But because I just knew that Kaidan then might question me about it later--my loyalties, etc. This way it was HIS choice, his action. And it gave him another step of growth.
Kaidan was so...no innocent in ME1, but a bit naive, a bit "fresh"--a bit idealistic. Sometimes things may have been just a bit too black and white with him (as we then see on Horizon). I love that we are walking through it with him while he's trying to navigate through the greys. At the same time, I always loved that he had a strong moral compass. It got my Shepard through a lot in ME2--she'd ask herself what Kaidan would have her do and it would help her with the hard decisions.
I loved in ME3 that in Act 2 it almost seemed like he had finally let his guard down. We see a new side to him. . He swears, he drinks, he gambles. He finally seems like a marine LOL
And I was surprised when he thanked Shepard in the hospital for not judging him when he told her about Rhana. I mean, he seemed so...solid about it. That he had dealt with it, I mean he even says that, right? But her support of him in that past action meant so much to him...it touched me when he revealed that to her.
I've always known that Kaidan was a sweet, sensitive man. But I love all the things that prove that right in this game. That lunch date...wow
You know, apart from a real ending complete with Happily ever after for Shepard and Kaidan.

I'm so going to have to allow him to take the shot on my second playthrough...hopefully they will have the face import issue fixed by then so Rei Shepard can finish the series sans last minute plastic surgery.
I would love to go through again soon as they have fixed the face import (if they ever do - but I do hope they do). As far as the universe is concerned, if she can die and be resurrected by Cerberus intact and unchanged, then she should be able to survive a few months at Alliance HQ without being forced to have cosmetic surgery!

I let Kaidan kill Udina because first I did it myself but then afterwards the "acting with integrity" conversation made it seem like he was judging me. It's the same speech pretty much no matter what but if he does it then it's self-doubt and if I do it then he's judging me for something I knew he would have done. I figured that if Kaidan was judging me right before asking to come back to the Normandy I might not say yes and regret it later.Does anyone noticed if you kill udina instead of let Kaidan did it
When you talk to him in docking bay
He kind of disappointed as if he wants to kill udina first
Maybe he still remember in me1 when udina sided with council?
I didn't hear that because I found it impossible to make out what the background newscasters were saying. I liked it better in ME2 when you could click on the news terminal and hear it. I did hear something about how this was the first time Thessia had been attacked since the Rachni Wars and the words "the disgraced Commander Shepard" kept jumping out at me and I don't even know the context but it annoyed me.Later on you hear the news announcement that Major Kaidan Alenko took the shot - the Second Human Spectre.

I got so lucky with this. I started with the ME2 demo because most FPS games give me migraines. When I realized that I could play after all, I used a face code converter to go from the ME2 face codes I copied to ME1 games. Even though I made some tweaks (and seriously screwed up with the import of my canon Shep's face) I still had a base face code. Then I spent DAYS in the ME3 demo trying to get Anelle right again. I ended up changing her eye shape and her face shape and a few tweaks on top of that to account for the changes they made in-game with faces and eyes, but in the end, Anelle has the same face she's had since game 1.
Exhausting, but at least it worked!

Anyone have any good pictures of Kaidan in this armor? It's my favorite:wub:
He looks good in all of his armor sets! But then, I do believe I have a thing for men in armor, even if it's just a bulletproof vest. Yes, hi.As for pictures, sadly not, I just managed to figure out why Xfire wouldn't take screenshots for me, and haven't gotten Kaidan back yet.
Well Kaidan is always attractive to me, but I find the armor attractive on its own so double whammy on this. I have Vega wear his version of it too when I bring him on missions.

I tried for probably 2 hours to get Rei to look the same, but she still isn't perfect. It doesn't help that she looks like a comic book character in the character creator...makes it hard to determine how she will look in game, at least in my opinion.Sandtigress wrote...

Also I've tried to figure out if he's virgin cause he says he's not one to sleep around unless he cares about them (ME1) but he only mentions caring about Rana but nothing came of it and he was too young. But my Shep tells me he was amazing even 1st time on way to Ilos. So where did he learn his skill?

Jade- he may be innocent but how many soldiers would have the guts to fraternize with the commander? I think he's got different quads:)

lol My canon Shep is just as inexperienced...in my head, she had a short fling with a fellow student in the Academy but that's it. Otherwise, she's a lot like Kaidan. Good heart, well-respected and liked by fellows but a little distant because of their personal senses of honor and duty. They just clicked so well together, especially because Kaidan never needs Shepard to take care of him the way some of the others do.
So hey, lack of experience made it pretty good for both of them in my game, I guess.
