I just plucked up the courage to watch a video of Kaidan dying on the Citadel... Is it just me or doesn't armor seem so pointless how one bullet to the abdomen can kill you... Awful scene, something I will never watch again.
If he's wearing an outfit like Ashley its possible to get killed in one bullet

I was thinking the same thing... one bullet gets through armor, shields... biotic bariers... etc.
Hell, why can't I one shot the enemies then?!

I haven't really thought out my Shepard's sex life but since she's 29 in the first game I figure she's probably had some history...especially with just how easy it is to get laid in the game.My canon Shep is just as inexperienced...in my head, she had a short fling with a fellow student in the Academy but that's it.
Another thing I was wondering about is how old Shepard considers herself. Since she's born in 2154, would that mean that she's 31 when ME2 starts because two years has passed for the rest of the universe or still 29 because she's been dead for two years and when you're dead you don't age?

Can't get link to exact spot. Its a post on Sunday 11th. Im taking with a very small grain of salt but I find myself thinking about it and hoping
Link
And I'm positive this is fake. They've already said that none of the DLC would be taking place post-game. And they would never make a DLC that you had to have one specific outcome in order to play (i.e. Shepard alive).

How many bullets can Shepard take before their freaking shield breaks? And the rest of the galaxy apparently can only get shot once. Seriously, why are you on guarding-Council duty if it just takes one hit to bring you down?!?!Commodore Q wrote...

I really don't like the indoctrination theory! Sorry guys. Im afraid BW will just run with this theory and make it a cop-out. But the worst fear is they might says that Shep was indoctrinated so early on that the romance with Kaidan never happened and the sweet things like
"I will fight like hell to hold you in my arms again" and "I can't lose you again" and the romance scene would be consideredall in my head. I might cry then! I needa better theory then indoctrination. Im sticking with beaches being mentioned so much that's what my Shep imagined for them when I thought I was dying but what really happened is i'm breathing and Kaidan is coming to find me!
There's no way Shep would be indoctrinated 100% of the time, so the time with Kaidan is safe!

Which is a reason I'm dreading at the thought of potential ME Movie. I don't want anyone else doing Kaidan's voiceMageTarot wrote...
Raphael Sbarge's voice acting (especially during the goodbye scene) was just amazing. There is no way another actor could have put the emotion Raphael did for Kaidan.

Shepard makes it pretty clear that even she thought she was just almost dead on life support while Cerberus rebuilts her. So up until that point, I would say she considered herself 32 in ME3. Afterwards, well, she doesn't have a whole lot of time to consider the matter.

I completely forgot about that house/apartment, shame it wasn't ever seen again in ME2 or 3. When I saw the Pinnacle Station in ME3 I was hoping we could have gone there but nope

That's another problem I have with the end - husks in one shot, fine, but a marauder in two shots by a wounded shep seems way wrong to me. Those guys move fast and I usually get Kaidan or Garrus to overload them before I bother shooting at them. What kind of pistol does Shep pick up, exactly? If there is genuinely a gun that powerful in the game, then how come I never figured out which one it was? (of course, if I missed The Best Pistol In The Game, then I'll feel like a fool and make sure I pick one up next playthrough)

Lol you couldn't pay me to keep Ashley alive, I don't think I could do a playthrough without saving Kaidan.
What else does dead Kaidan say during the dream sequences?

Okay, I'm back, and "If It Meant Living" is back: If It Meant Living-47: The End of the Beginning / DA Link (yep, Kaidan is in it). No new Kaidan art yet, but that will be coming!
My thoughts on the ending: short version - 99% amazing, wonderful, more than I could have hoped for, 1% travesty; long version - in my Journal on Deviant Art. I finished the game a week ago, and have spent the last week raging, talking about it in endless loops with my husband (who is just as unhappy but with 25 years of gaming is a bit more jaded), devouring the "Game and Campaign" forum, laughing hysterically at all the wonderful YouTube videos making fun of the ending, and at last starting a new playthrough - and getting a bit happier when Gibbed's save editor came out and I could play with hair and eye color.

Aw :-(
I'm still really pissed off about the endings, especially after the final goodbye scenes you get with the Kaidan romance.
Talk about rotten luck, the poor guy spent all of ME1 lusting after her, then finally got the girl at the end but lost her thanks to Joker's little stunt during the start of ME2, took 2 years to get over her, just started to move on when she comes back from the dead, which ****s his head up for hell knows how long, only to finally be reunited with Shepard again in the third game, only to lose her a second time thanks to Joker pulling another stupid stunt LOL.

He's the final enemy of the game, and he gives his life trying to keep you from having to see the ending.
