Hey, I was also wondering if you can find / talk to Kaidan between mission somewhere on the Citadel, after he joins your crew?

I've found Kaidan once on the Citadel and it's the date. All other team mates are found on the Citadel everytime you arrive there just not Kaidan or Ashley<_<

Been playing some MP, only got kicked out of one game so far due to me being level 1. MEANIES.

Lvl 7 now, readiness at 58%. I might disconnect to the internet and see if that stops it from degrading.

I might be up for playing later if anyone wants to on xbox :)

*snip*

Yeah I've found that readiness level stays the same when you don't connect to XBL, which was a relief to me because I thought it would default to 50% if you're not connected.

I wanted the "off" switch for the gawd child. Just turn him off and watch the fight go on.

I'm doubtful
Since the article is from IGN
The good thing is Bioware still tried to listen to the fans
I wish I could left from that damned citadel an tell Hackett to blow the reapers and the citadel along with
That damned God-AI-Kid thing with M920-Cain
Anyone remember one blast from M920-Cain blows a reaper?
Why they dont just blow Harbinger with 10 Cain?
Or clone a huge army of giant Thresher Maw?

It just means they're still spinning and delaying. It's like a political "apology" - I'm sorry if my words offended some people.

It's still more our fault than theirs that we're upset by this as I read that statement's wording.

Just keep up the complaining and don't spend another penny on anything related to this game until the mess is resolved. It's all we can do to drive home our displeasure.

Unfortunately, it's just more PR bull**** until they take action. A maybe is not an answer, it's a stalling tactic. Prices of the game are falling, more people are finishing the game, and more games are being returned. They may claim it's normal, but sooner or later they will have to take notice or risk the destruction of a franchise. When you have over 40,000 people in a movement it's a big deal cause that's not taking into account the large numbers of people who simply gave up on day 1 and will no longer be buying anything from Bioware. Those 40,000 are simply the organized part.

These endings are not just about closure or happiness. This about the complete assassination of the characters and the franchise in the final 10 minutes. They broke every storytelling law in the book. Big time reviewers seem to not understand that or just refuse to cause they'll lose their precious advertising money.

At this point, we can still save the franchise. We can launch another campaign to pull ME3 back up in sales if they simply give us what we are asking for, an ending that does the trilogy justice.

Finally decided I'd start a second playthrough with my Renegade Shep - she's the only one I have who started with an ME2 facecode. I'm going to hope that in the next few weeks a fix comes in so I can play through the others. I am in it for the other 99% of the game... I'll just stick fingers in ears and lalala the ending and hope they fix it or provide _something_ before I finish (it'll take me a few weeks!). The rest of the game is truly fab, gotta keep remembering that...

Side note - spotted a giveaway for a new sniper rifle (via FemShep.com) if you sign up with Alienware

they might as well gone the whole hog when ripping off Deus Ex and included an option to blow up the citidel and give people the chance to work it out themselves..though surely if he controls them the citadel being gone would break his control anyway, if he does.

I see Liara, James, Joker, and EDI every time.  Tali, Garrus, and Kaidan stop showing up after their first or second appearance. :(

That's another thing that bothers me.

Why in the heck is the "Citadel Defense Force" such a major war asset if they're just going to get annihilated when the Catalyst gets parked in Earth orbit? As far as I can tell, they shouldn't be any kind of factor in the war effort at all.

You can get them well over 100 points, but they are apparently summarily executed before the end anyhow.

it wasnt just the endings that were bad. the whole game was too simplified for me. i liked the new gameplay but it was too much like gears of war than mass effect. and the auto dialogue Posted Image. the responses you could make werent that much different to each other. the romances were really good. i would only play it again to see more kaidan and the romance. also the endings make everything you do before it pointless, so the only non-pointless thing is the kaidan romance, which is so Posted Image. I tend to just head cannon most of the scenes so they fit into my ideal game

As much as I agree with you, especially about the auto dialogue, they can't change the whole game. They can fix the endings though as it is only the last 10-20 minutes so I feel like we gotta focus our efforts right now. Afterwards, we can give our normal suggestions of how to fix the game and hope they listen. Unfortunately, I feel ME3 will be the last Bioware game I preorder even if the endings are fixed. They are going way too far in the shooter/action direction and sacrificing story and RPG elements for it.

No. This is the very first time they say there is ANY possibility of changing the ending. They never did that up until this point. This is more significant than you think.

i agree with you there. it seemed that to make the game harder, they just made every single enemy throw a grenade at you. it wasnt hard, just stupid. it was definetly to much like a shooter and not enought RPG.
my dream game would have the rpg and open worldness of The Elder Scrolls but have the choices and romance of Mass Effect. that would be pretty sweet.

They changed more and the game just felt a ton easier than ME2..  In ME2, Insanity added shields or armor to everything.  In 3 it seemed like all it did was make the mobs do more damage.  The only mobs it actually took awhile to kill were the banshees.  I just finished my insanity playthrough and the hardest part was getting the awesome button to let me run away from a grenade, instead of rolling around on top of it, going back into cover, or picking up a medkit I was trying to run past...

Well, regardless of the ending, ME3 did answer one of my questions. It appears Kaidan is a boxer briefs kinda guy and that's just fine by me (commando would've also been fine by me if that were the case. I'm not picky ;) )
