I LOVE working for my happy ending. Like Fable 3, for example, you needed to raise 14 million gold (or whatever currency) in order to be purely evil in the end, they game throws every easy way out at you possible, and getting the "best" ending is fairly simple - If you act like a jerk and break all your friendships and promises. But earning all that money by myself, which spent hours of "press A when the meter is full" mini games, really felt like an accomplishment. Well, except that there was only really one ending of that game.
But still, I love the feeling of accomplishing something. That's why I've done every single sidequest in all three ME games (except the Asari writings one...) If they did include a super hard to get good ending, I'd be happy.
And on a random note, I had a dream last night that Kaidan, Liara, Thane, and I were sitting in the Normandy's lounge discussing whether or not Dany should have died from eating a raw horse heart. Your avatar just reminded me of that
LOL! I've had weird dreams like that, though not that combination. A GoT/ME crossover would be either amazing or completely cracked out...

As for Fable 3, I heard about the money sink thing, and left my xbox on overnight for a few days to earn enough for the "best" ending. I can't help it, lol, if I hear about an easy exploit like that, I use it. Although if Fable 3 had more engaging ways to earn money than the minigames, I would wait until my second playthrough to be a cheating cheater...
I think what *really* turned me off ME3 was learning that there is no way to get the breathing scene at the end without MP. I didn't care about multiplayer when it was announced, because my thought was that as long as it didn't affect my single player game, I was cool with it. Now I learn that it MUST be done to "win" in SP, and it makes me resent it and not want to play at all...
How exactly did Bioware decide that alienating fans was a good idea???
