Yeah, I still have a problem with this. You either have to flirt with JVegas, or be a dick to him, and apparently you still flirt anyways. My Shepard just doesn't know what to do. Can't they just have a nice chat? He's not her type to start with, and she's head over heels for Kaidan. But I suppose since nothing ever comes of it, Kaidan wouldn't have a problem with it. After all, he's willing to sacrifice himself for some Ardat-Yakshis, and totally thinks EDI's hott.Nonnehoidea wrote...
Trying to forget the whole Normandy-stranded thing, I was wondering... how do you think Kaidan would react to Vega flirting with Shepard?

Welcome to the Kaidan thread, newbies! There's some cake on the table and enjoy the open bar. Pants remain option.
Happy Birthday Lilaeth
Soccerchic, my condolences on finishing the game *hugs*
It took me a couple of days to get over it. I find drinking beer and MP rounds with fellow Kaidanites helps immensely.Yeah, I still have a problem with this. Okay, so I just finished the game and...
I don't even...
Wow, it's one thing to read about the endings and stuff, but it's quite another to experience it. I don't even feel angry or sad, just...empty.
I thought this thread was about Kaidan... Not how you feel about the endings?
There's a whole section of the threads for that. Not to sound rude or anything.
I apologize for being off topic. I've only just finished the game and wanted to express a little about what I felt at the end. Like Silver mentioned, I've grown close to my fellow Kaidanites and knew that I would get the sympathy I needed after such an ordeal. And I did. Love you guys!
I should have elaborated that the reason I felt so empty at the end was because I hated seeing Kaidan coming out of the Normandy in that garden world. During his goodbye scene, it broke my heart to hear him say, "I can't lose you again" just because I knew that Shepard wasn't coming back. I cried my eyes out!![]()
On a different note, is it wrong of me to feel jealous that Kaidan might have...copulated with some of the Normandy crewmembers? I'm assuming that the Stargazer and the kid at the very end are descendants of the Normandy crew considering the camera pans out to show us the two moons. Better not have been Allers...

I think he would react like he does with the consort in the first game ('Uh, yeah, you wanted to see the Commander") and Jacob in the third game ("You know this Jacob guy"). He would just be slightly irritated cross his arms and make an offhand comment about it with his 'I do not approve face.'

I love the Consort scene! I've only gotten it once because I usually did the Consort side mission way before I start to romance him, but when it happened I thought it was the cutest thing.I love how you described him, too. That's exactly what I picture with the Vega thing.
Does anyone have a picture of his "I do not approve" face?

Are there any videos available of that scene?

On the subject of Romances in general, they seem to have cut a lot of dialogue and content from the original script. For example when Thane gets killed, if you romanced him in the script Shepard recites the prayer for him and Thane asks when she learnt it, he then dies as he goes back into one of his vivid memories of the night they bunked together in ME2. They also cut out some dialogue from Garrus' date where a C-sec guard catches you on the roof and Garrus makes a smart arse comment about having a car chase. They cut out a whole bunch of stuff from the Kaidan romance too.
It's a shame they done that, there were some real gems in those cut scenes.

Yeah, he says he's glad he never met any Ardat-Yakshis before because he'd be a goner. Implication: Kaidan cannot resist lethal asari sex. However, since they seem to use mind control, I don't blame him too much.Satanicponies wrote...

I dont think kaidan would really care. And besides, the harmless flirting with vega is amazingly funny. especially when you call him on it xD .
@leborum, come up with anymore epiphanies? Last nights was amazing, I could hear the blub turn on.
