Heh, that's my Mako. Only take out Tali and add in a Garrus sitting there stoically only he's gripping the seats of the mako so hard that he's made holes in them.

damn all this talk of the Mako makes me want to reply ME1 and drive around playing load music....

Every single time I replay ME1, I remind myself that I really want to find an artist to do a comic for me: My squad at Disneyland. Everyone's having the time of their lives on a rollercoaster - except Garrus and Kaidan. Because, you know - no rollercoaster could ever compare to some of the stunts I pulled in the Mako.

lol they should be on a 'Mako' rollercoaster ride... where the cars look like mini mako's you sit in....and have crazy barrel rolls, steep drops, and hairpin zigzags...

hi all have a kaidan screenshot. I have had problems with the N7 version of the game so not been able to play but EAs has hopefully solved it now.

I keep telling myself that the kid is so obviously lying to you that EDI and the Geth can't be destroyed. I'll never pick anything other than destoy as the game stands now.

 Maybe it's just that the coffee hasn't had time to kick in yet, but "spacey buttocks" is going to make me giggle all day.

 Have to say I agree though. Things just didn't add up right.

That's my favorite line in the whole game  :wub:That and "I can't lose you again."

I saw some videos on Youtube where he says something like "I love you. Until the end of time" or something along those lines. I guess you get that line if he's a new romance. But this line is far more romantic, imo.

Okay, so I have a question maybe you fanfic writers can give me an opinion on:
Last night, I was suddenly attacked by a plot bunny, and spontaneously wrote half of a fanfic (intending to finish it today and possibly upload it). However, I went on fanfiction.net just to browse a bit, and found a fanfic someone had written about a week ago with a chapter very similar to the idea I was working on. Not identical, but pretty similar. Now, I'm questioning whether or not I should upload mine... I hadn't seen theirs when I began writing it, but I don't want to cause any sort of plagiarism/idea stealing issues. Theirs was a chapter of a longer story, whereas mine was just going to be a oneshot. Opinions on whether or not I should finish and upload mine?

I don't think it would really be an issue. There are lots of fanfics that have similar ideas. You could maybe put a note at the end of it pointing readers to the fic in question, not necessarily crediting the author or anything, but as a courtesy?

I really don't know.

I ran into that when I was writing Affirmation.  I actually had to sit and think about it for a long time, and decided to go in a completely different direction than I had planned originally.  So yeah, I'd think about it for a bit, and see how you can go about it that would distinguish yours from theirs.

Finish and upload it. You can always add a note pretty much saying what you said here - that while (insert ofher writer's name here)'s story is longer and shared similar canon, yours was a one-shot and written before finding his/her story. Include a bit of humor in your note - "great minds think alike!" is always a good phrase to use.
