Oh, don't worry, there's some speculation that what Liara was really doing with you in her good-bye was creating a blue baby with you whether you romanced her or not. I have to say that I've had my suspicions about it since I first saw because she calls it "sharing memories." Well, what memeory is that? And, why wouldn't she just tell Shep what memory it is?

The only plausible explanation I can come up with is that it's what asari see as they die based on what Benezia said - "No light ... They always said ... there would be ... a light ..." But if that's what Liara is sharing with Shep, then why not just say so when Shep asks? "Shep, this is what we all experience as we die. I thought it might help to know." How hard is that?

So, if that's not what she's showing Shep, then what is she really sharing with Shep and why?

I can see it as an underhanded way for BioWare to create continuity for a future protagonist, and Liara is their canon LI. It would be like the dark bargain, but if they do that, I'd be really torqued off. I don't want to play an asari descentdant of Shep and Liara. I'd want a human descendent of Shep and Kaidan.

I was also thinking that BioWare missed a golden opportunity for a fun cutscene with the poker game. Instead of just a bark convo between James and Kaidan, we could have had a hand of poker with James, Kaidan, Shep, and maybe Ken and Gabby from engineering (we know they play from ME2 - they invited Shep to game and she apparently cleaned them out). That would have been a fun group scene.

A couple pages back people were talking about how you can pick any squadmate for hacking/ tech stuff no matter their class. I was playing the Rannoch missions were you save the Admiral (?) and had Kaidan & James with me. Where you have to disbale the jamming tower I picked James and he is like "Um are you sure Commander, I dont really know anything about Computer. I just pull some cables and see what comes out" Then he goes and starts to kicking the console. Shepard just shakes her head in the backround First time I saw that, I cried laughing because I also thought it was kinda weird that you can pick any squadmember. So there was that little nod to why a soldier shouldnt mess with computers.

You know, I totally went Renegade on Liara throughout all of ME2 and ME3 (ignored her in ME1 to avoid the -mance), but during her goodbye scene, I was like, "Meh. What the hell. I can be nice just this once" (mainly 'cause I was curious as to what memory she was going to share). Imagine my surprise when not only what she shared was not a memory (just looking at the stars, which Shep already does considering she works, you know, in space), but she also lays her head on Shep's shoulder like we're bff with benefits or something (which is far, far from the truth). My Shep totally took a step to the side with a  look on her face.

So, yeah, I really hope she didn't seduce (for lack of a better word) my Shep without poor Shep knowing.

The first time I read the leaked script and there was mention of a poker game between Vega and Kaidan, this is exactly what I pictured. Something similar like ME2 where Kenneth asks Shepar to play poker, and she wipes them out. I definitely see them all hanging out together, having a couple of drinks while they're playing poker.

Also, has anyone noticed that there are cigars (cigarettes?) on the tables in that room? The first time I saw that I was like, "Who tf is smoking on my ship?!"

I had the same team for that mission and chose Kaidan to disable the tower since he's the tech. That's so funny that Vega says that. I think I'll choose him next time just for the lolz.

omg, i always take Kaidan and Garrus on that mission... wouldve been so win to see Vega doing that.. hahaha

its funny.. there are quite a few scenes I mustve missed the first play through, cause ive chosed diffferent group members this time round... I love that they are slightly different, now if only there was more then one lame ending I'd play them past the beam in London

Also, was thinking that when people finish the game and they come here looking for cookies...there should be a Kaidan holding a plate of cookies, eating one of course. Oh, and he must be shirtless. It would make everything much easier to bear!
