...What does r/s stand for? All I could come up with is Renegade Shep, but I have no clue.
The only place I personally thought Kaidan was glaringly OOC was his comment on killing Leng.
R/S is what I call my fics - random stupidity, lol
-snip-
Ah. Random stupidity is the best!...Or, at least, it's my favorite. When else can you write about singing Protheans? I feel your pain, though, I'm bouncing back and forth between three different ideas right now, with another 12 waiting on a list. It's like a snowball effect - once you start writing, it's hard to stop!
Writign is not something that comes easily to me and I have to be in the right mood to write silliness, lol. I think I have at least 20 fics that I started and never bothered with or canabalised for other fics. I'm glad you enjoy the warped ramblings of my mind, lol.
I don't think I'll ever be able to make a different Shep. Even if I did, I'd just end up playing the exact same way I typically do.
I did start a MaleShep in ME1 once, but didn't get past Eden Prime. I also rolled a MaleShep on the PS3 version of ME2 (with the comic) but only made it to Freedom's...Hope? Progress? What's that place called?
I can't either. I tried creating a completely different Shepard, but Jennifer Hale's voice, in my mind, only matches my canon Shepard, so I replay ME with the same character (NG+ ftw?).
I have never tried a BroShep, but I've tried a male Hawke on DA2...didn't get far either.

I had that problem at first, but then Anelle and Amanda are so different personality-wise that soon it wasn't hard to make them two different characters. It helped me to first set up a personality for my second Shep - where Anelle is pure paragon and a ridiculous hero that wants everyone to live happily, Amanda is amazingly renegade and highly xenophobic. She and the Illusive Man got along pretty well, which was weird. Her game is highly disturbing at the best of times...
And biggest difference - Kaidan fell for Anelle right away. He friend-zoned Amanda pretty fast, and she left him on Virmire for Ashley. She is not a nice person, but at least I get to see different things?
While a lot of the decisions remain the same with my different Shepard's their personalities each fit them.
Keira is a hopeless romantic, sees the good in everyone, wants to save the universe - Spacer/Sole Survivor
Kayla is a realist (yes I know that an optimist calls a realist a pessimist - I got that on a constant basis from my first husband because I am a realist). She wants to expect the best from people, but knows that if she does, she'll just be disappointed. She is kind of a closet romantic, she wants all the things that go along with being a romantic, but it scares her, she's always waiting for the other shoe to drop.
'Mina doesn't have a full personality yet, I just rolled her up a couple days ago, and am not through Eden Prime yet, I'll let you know when I get there.
Wow I don't login for a few days and this thread updates by 76 pages! I'll catch up... soon.
Has anyone ever cheated on an ME1 romance with Liara by switching to Kaidan in ME3? I just did that with my male Shepard, and Liara is piiisssed! I talked to her after finishing the Rachni mission with her and Kaidan in my crew (this was after I agreed to a romance with Kaidan) so I talked to Liara in her room and she basically told me that she knew something was up between me and Kaidan and didn't want to play anymore games, and basically told me to go away.
It was the first time I heard it. I was like.... daaaaamn!

It's pretty awesome that they recorded special Kaidan MShep dialogue for ME3 if you used Gibbed save editor.
What is it? You got youtube clip?
Watch the series of clips [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/grin.png[/smilie]
So the big difference in that video is how Kaidan reacts to seeing you right? Non-romanced is so much colder than that, haha. I love this version even better. Kaidan looks so uncomfortable.
I saw another video somewhere by DanaDuchy that pretty much condensed most of the exclusive m/m dialogue options with a modded M!Shep and Kaidan romance here, if anyone is interested: youtu.be/Q7lD2sHdGVA
so.. just gotten past the Coup scene with my renegon shep who romanced Thane in ME2... has anyone seen the letter Thane leaves for you, omg.. it broke my heart.. then I promptly went on a date with Kaidan who said he understands why I cheated and tells me he loves me still anyways.. they really really didnt do any service to any of the ME2 romances at all.. but I still got Kaidan back so I guess thats something...
