Also..can you only buy DA2 from Origin?  I only have all these games for Xbox but after getting my new beastly computer I felt it was going to waste not having all these games on it, heehee.  I want to buy ME3 for it so I can see how much more beautiful Kaidan is on my beastly comp than on the Xbox, but I don't want to give them money after what they did to the endings...so conflicted!  Does the PC version have the same bugs as the Xbox game?  Like my game ALWAYS freezes at the part of Jacobs mission when you're entering the building with him (Jacob) after killing cerberus.

I can't speak to DA:O on Steam, but no, you do not have to get DA2 from Origin.  Hard copies of DA2 can be installed without Origin.  As for the PC version of ME3, I haven't run into any game-freezing bugs so far.  I do occasionally get this weird audio glitch where I'll hear quiet random staticy noises that don't fit, but reloading usually solves that.

@Sia:  Oh, Garrus will always be my one true love, but if I can stomach replaying the series with another Shepard, I'll make one for Kaidan.  I was going to do that for Thane and Miranda, but, well <_<

Yeah that's the one, and sorry about the gender confusion there, small children are kind of androgynous for awhile there. Don't apologize for the Star Child resemblance, your work is still way better than anything I could come up with.

I'm not sure if you can say that the Alliance were unwilling to help the colonies.  Isn't Kaidan on Horizon overseeing the installation of 2 bloody big guns?  Shepard has no knowledge of what the Alliance is doing unless he/she wants to take TIM's word as fact and I guess that depends on how you play your Shepard.

I´ve bought DA2 from steam, but they are not selling it anymore, nor ME3, probably because of EA's Origin. <_<

Keep in mind that those things are how said Shepard feels, and feelings are sometimes not very rational nor reasonable.

And frankly, said Shepard might even feel that those two promotion Kaidan got were nothing more than bribes to shut him up about the Reapers.

And did the Alliance do something? Yeah, after two years they finally build guns that did not work and Shepard had to come to fix. Way to go Alliance!

Heh, same here, with the other Shepards, I mean.  Except just don't ask me to choose between the turian and the biotic.  My Shepards are split evenly between them.  Which may be sacriledge to admit.

little question for those who played several times : when I talk to Udina after Kaidan is made a Spectre, does saying "it is a bad idea, he should be a cop" or something like that, does it change anything when shep and him meet, any more lines ?

Goodness, I hadn't thought to go talk to Udina after that... two playthroughs and neither time have I bothered to go back to see Udina, breaking the cardinal rule of ME, which is to always talk to everyone everywhere whenever you get the chance in case there's a small piece you miss

Omg! I haven't done that either. But see, half of the time in ME3, when I went to talk to people, they just talked to themselves...if you know what I mean (kind of like Zaeed in ME2), so I got tired of talking to them.

by the way, if you choose "it is a very good idea", hearing Udina saying something like "i will keep him very close to me" sounded weird with unclear intentions. Don't touch my kaidan.

It doesn't change anything, I just did that one on my current play through and Kaidan never said anything about it.

But I did find it strange that you speak to Kaidan about becoming a spectre then speak to Udina and he says "You haven't heard?" ... yes I heard I was just speaking to Kaidan about it ... but now that I'm thinking about it could be a bug??

Wanted to share this piece, I was inspired by the goodbye scene where Kaidan says to Shepard how he's going to "fight like hell for the chance to hold you again." Could be Shepard waking from indoctrination or bleeding to death after the destruction ending. I'm waiting to see what the DLC will be and then make up my mind. Or if it doesn't fit at all then it'll just be my own imagined ending but having Kaidan magically teleport to the Normandy will simply not do for me.

Thanks a million for sharing this remarkable artwork, Andreas!  Since my canon Shepard is the default Sheploo who always romances Kaidan, I'm always on the lookout for M!Shenko art. Always the eternal optimist when it comes to those two, I'm taking the "Kaidan saves Shepard" road with your artwork. ME3's endings have brought me nothing but tears and heartache. A big "muchas gracias!" for giving me hope.

In ME1, I couldn't imagine not having Garus and Kaidan as my squad through out the whole missions things I had too do the only time I took other characters is, when I wanted the achievements. Yes, they're both bad-ass, when leveled up properly. I mostly work on his health levels and overload with Sabotage and barrier and throw. With Garus, I do the same thing but with Head shot leveling instead of his barrier since he really doesn't have one in retrospect.


Also I can't take Kai Lang, seriously after the Thessia mission in ME3 all he does was run away from. me in battle...  I guess he so badass that he can't even ****** in my Cereal so he writes me a letter instead <_<

ok some what on topic but not any way......i know what planet the normandy crashed on at the end of the game! While doing another Mass effect games run I noticed this......do Zaeed Loyalty mission and see if the planet and the two moons look familar........at least now I know where Kaidan is now lol
