A thumbs up for Kaidan. While I did find him a bit boring in ME1 (and usually chose Ashley to live) he has really grown on me in my current ME3 game. Brotherly hugs and no kisses, at least not on the mouth. ;-)

I saw this a number of pages back (seeing as this thread moves soo fast!) and I thought "Hey I didn't get that line!" so I went back, replayed and realised that I dont get it because I'm on PS3 and they never actually had their pretty spectacular night

Which led me to this POLL and GROUP and I thought I'd share with my fellow Kaidanites because we all need a pretty spectacular night with Kaidan!

Part of me was thinking, "Ok, there's the lovable goof from before. He still had to have one facepalm worthy moment."

The other part of me is completely forgiving him because the one you love is always "pretty spectacular" and can totally get away with things like that.

That's what I would have thought because the comic does say something along the lines of "we finally gave into each other, and it was perfect ..." ... but apparently it's not as rememerable as we thought  maybe my comic book Shep has a thing or two to learn about spectacular nights

EDIT: and apparently my spelling is being interesting tonight ... I think it's time for bed!

Like I said maaaaaany pages back, I still think that little starchild was lying his spacey buttocks off about the death of all synthetic life, In my head, only the Reapers died and EDI and the Geth and everyone else survived....SC was just trying to stop you from wiping out the Reapers, little jerk.. shouldve sent him to the naughty corner

I dunno.  I don't like the idea of it being concrete that geth and EDI died.

My canon playthrough wasn't as bad. It was only EDI because I wasn't able to broker the peace because I never kept Tali from being exiled. So, Kelly had to choose, and she chose the Quarians. I was going to go Geth right up until it hit me that they went into bed with the Reapers twice, and the second time all of them went willingly. As much as she liked Legion, he was one Geth in the face of an entire race that had twice cozied up to the Reapers. So, I changed up to the Quarians who, for all their faults (and they have many), never went over to the Reapers. It was all practicality at that one point.

In the end I was glad because otherwise, I would have committed double genocide by choosing Geth over Quarians and then picking Destroy killing Geth, ensured Tali's death by suicide and killed off EDI through destroy. That was on top of leaving the Rachni Queen the second time around, so it would have racked up my genocide count to three races ... That's just too depressing to contemplate.

@Frylock23, totally agree on the genocide front - while the Geth give you more war assets, there's a chance that the Destroy ending really does actually kill them, so I'd rather only kill one race than two. Quarians are petty and annoying, but at least they've never sided with the Reapers willingly
