Although, supposedly, you can dance with Kaidan in ME1. Not sure where or how though.
When you go to the dance floor at Flux, look at your squadmate and there should be an option to dance.
Here's a link to a modded (gender-switch edit) M!Shep dancing with Kaidan. Scary....

3ds Max yeah; stills are a whole lot easier than animation though - not quite sure where I got the idea I could animate. Still, the principle isn't that complicated in theory, just a bit of a learning curve and finding a feel for how poses work, really.VintageUtti wrote...
No I think this was created by pulling the game models out and then animating them in 3DS Max or the Unreal engine or some other software. Super cool though. If the extended endings aren't satisfactory I need to find a way to do this!MissLiya wrote...

Generally there is a lot of lovely chat from the dev team on how they wrote some of the gameplay, characters and missions. Some interesting responses too! More soon as I can...

Can't wait to hear your full report, Strawberry!
And I have full faith in this extended DLC, if the happy ending Jess hinted at is indeed a possibility.

Well, so far the extended cut looks to be only extended cinematics - no gameplay. "But," they say "we're still looking at the feedback."
Totally useless questions towards the end.
Take it for what it's worth. /shrug

Yes, I will be! First time going this year, I usually just go to San Diego Comic Con and some Seattle locals. But with SDCC's Epic failure (no pun intended, although I do feel somewhat clever
...No gameplay? Dang... Well, they didn't deny a happy ending. They said they'd give closure. I'll wait and see, but I still have faith in Bioware.

My feet hurt, I shall head home to power supplies and internets and see if my notes add anything to the kotaku feed. But there were no tomatoes thrown, at least.

And for credibility. It lacks an apology from Kaidan. This is either "Between us everything is fine" or "Go away" is thrown completely unfounded in the room.
This is not enough to the scene to Horizon.
It does not matter whether FShep or MShep.

-Shepard alive and reunited with the crew
-The Normandy in tact, not crashed
-Mass Relays still in tact, or at least able to be rebuilt before we're forced to share Earth with every other race.
If the DLC can provide any of those things, I'll be happy enough. Either way, my headcanon shall stubbornly persist and allow me to love the series no matter what the officials say.

My goodness, the Story and General boards on here are filled to the brink with hatred. NOW I'm starting to see why the fanbase has been called whiny, demanding, and self entitled. I'm personally very thankful and thrilled that Bioware is releasing ending DLC at all, let alone playable and voiced for FREE, "happy" endings included. They were, in no way, required to do this, and even so they could have easily charged for it. But they're doing it for free, costing THEM money, to please the fans.
Show some gratitude, people!
I thought it wasn't going to be voiced or playable? Did something change when I wasn't looking?

Tweets from Merizan and Gamble have hinted at playable sections, and Gamble said they'd be contacting the VAs soon.
However, PAX did say that they didn't have any playable segments currently, but that they're still making changes and listening to feedback, so it's not ruled out.
I think I'm back to the same feeling I had the week after I beat the game: A sense of confusion and fumbling in the dark.

that goddamn god-AI-starkid is on my top listAndreasShepard wrote...
I fear any new cinematic ending while great will have lost a lot of the emotional impact given that it will be released months after most people have finished the game. When I bought the game I was on my spring break and played it for three days straight and that's when I would have and should have been enjoying an awesome closure-filled ending to this amazing trilogy, not three months after the fact. I suppose I could always replay the game but it's going to be hard to now that I suffer from the bitterness that is star child.
most tempting character to punch right after Kai Leng

Starkid alone doesn't really bother me, it's more the whole "I'm the higher power" idea that's the problem for me. But neither exist in my headcanon so I don't care.
