 De-lurking just to say I've just bought tickets to GameFest in Birmingham on the 16th Sept and Eurogamer Expo in London on the 23rd Sept - both of which ME3 is showing at.
So I'll be keeping my eye out for any Kaidan goodness to relay here.

Yep, them locks be curls. Not super tight curly hair but it has a distinct wave to it. Its made harder to see by most of the lighting and his dark hair. Had he been blonde we would have no trouble telling. I'll try and back back to Horizon and see if I can get some good shots. Until then, huggles:

Haha, blonde!Kaidan.  Is it wrong that I kind of like this?  Nothing tops the original, of course, but this would have been a nice alternate option.

I think the limitations of the engine when it comes to hair is at fault for the painted on look of some hairdos. Hopefully ME3 will do better.

It's not just the hair.  His facial structure looks mature and "Nordic".  Kaidan has a more boyish appearance and I like him that way.

I'm just not sure how I feel about BlondeKaidan. It's a definitely a very different look for him.

Closer inspection of Kaidan's hair indicates that the texture is simply very low resolution. Same with Ashley.
