LOL, I'm a music freak.  Everything I do has a soundtrack, ME as much as anything.  I've been compiling that list for ages.  I love to see what songs other people think of at those same moments, though!

And our view is definitely far, far better than Shep's in that pic.  Why don't we have a drooling smilie?

Truth be told, I had been spending most of my time in the Story/Campaign forum but it's been getting to be so dejecting over there. I wandered into this thread on a whim but you guys are such a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of places on these boards. I hope you don't mind if I just...hang out. I don't eat much, have little-to-no artistic ability which results in some terrible photoshop jobs, and I have a whole folder of screenshots to contribute!

And yeah, the story section of the forums is so filled with negativity... I'm staying loyal to BW no matter what, I wish some people would give them a break already. Is free DLC not enough? But let's not get in to that here, this is the happy Kaidan thread!

i want to make an amv of my characters story from me1 up to me3, but too much clips and the vid will prob be an hour long as i dont know what to cut out and it would feature lots of kaidan too as thats who she truely loves lols

Greetings! A writer buddy of mine (Grub) is working on some alternate endings for ME3 (which you can read at the link provided here social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/355/index/10966771 ) and he's done lots of work, but one of the things he doesn't have a lot of experience with is relationships with Kaidan, so there isn't a lot of Kaidan material in the endings as yet -- but that's something he wants to fix!

He'd really like the perspective of Kaidan fans. Why do you like Kaidan? What makes him so special to you and your Shepard? And before ME3, how did you expect/want to end up with Kaidan at the end of the series?

It's Photoshop rubbernecking - shouldn't look but compelled... must see... curiosity!

Been out for two days in New York, got back to 14 new pages! Some great new fanfic, will have to check out the music and videos asap! Speaking of fanfic, I gave my working draft to my other half - he tore up the second half and told me to rewrite it. He's right, of course, but it hurts to hear the truth! 

I shall try harder

Oh yes, and I need to get his mp pack thing because my account is STILL NOT WORKING and I still have to use his. I guess it's a good thing I have lots of work to keep me busy this week!

2. they are BFF's

Could you split into a few shorter, episodic videos that tell a piece of the story at a time? It might require more work and/or planning, I suppose, but you could fit in more stuff without having to agonise over what to cut out.

i only have a couple clips of me1, and some me2 but the whole game of me3 , in me1 i got virmire romance time with kaidan, lading on Ilos, then i skippedstraight to the last scene where you find saren, he shoots himself, then you fight him, kill him soverign dead the end.

Me2 i got intro shepards rebirth, up till gaining the normandy, then i went to horizon talked to kaidan, he screwed me, then i went straight to end, stared at Kaidan pic, and got all cutscenes on suicide mission up till credits (gotta love that suicide, lost 4 people tali, mordin, legion, and thane(no idea where he died it was jsut random) hehe

My FailShep lost a bunch of people on the Collector base (including Grunt ).  Her memorial wall was almost full by the end.  I don't think I've ever lost Mordin, though!

 Okay, Legbamel, I tried  I've spent the last three hours trying to make it look right, but I give up. The lighting is all wrong, but Photoshop is being confusing and doesn't want to let me add a directional light, and the spotlights are too harsh, photo filters don't help, flashlight overexposes everything, colour overlays underexpose everything, and my head hurts from banging it against the keyboard.

Jenkins and Pressly's skin tones are a bit off, because ME1 has that AWFUL lighting and reflective skin. I couldn't find a screen shot of the fountain on the Citadel, and none of the Citadel shots I did find were high res enough to work with, so I just found this instead. And I couldn't get the instruments in, as they would've added ANOTHER object to try and fix the lighting with. However, I can still try to add them if you'd like, but it probably wouldn't look very great. 

Let me know what you'd like fixed and I'll do what I can!




Edit: And I just realized you said you wanted a neutral stage, which for some reason I first read as "natural setting".  Gimme a bit, I'll go back and try again.

Can't get enough Kaidan

On the same note, I have an AU fic that has been driving me crazy for a couple of weeks now.  Unfortunately it is currently competing for brain space with an ending fic and my own writing... /sigh  Sometimes I hate my imagination.

Yep, I started it yesterday and got through the prologue (took a couple of hours) and into the first part of Chapter 1. It's really multi-layered and has tons of traditional RPG stuff (proper inventory, more strategic style of battle, LOTS of quests that affect the direction of the story). You can tell this game was made for PC, but I think they've done a fabulous job with the console version. I plan to take my time with it. I'm less than thrilled to have to play as a man, but I am hoping the story and experience are worth it.

Currently, I'm rather addicted to ME3 MP. I unlocked a Batarian Sentinel last week on the day the DLC came out, and I finally got a Geth Infiltrator (pink armor, named him Gig-a-byte), and an Asari Justicar. I still don't have a single Krogan of ANY class. I have every other race, but...no Krogan. I think I will continue to play obsessively until I get one.

As for Kaidan, I haven't done much single player lately. I have about 4 playthroughs started, but I lose momentum on them very quickly after I get past Mars. MP is far less depressing.

I have absolutely no problems with packs, but since I only play ME3 on xbox (for right now), I couldn't say if there is a problem with them on Origin or not. Sorry!
