Huh, you're right. But are they cigarettes, or cigars? 'Cause cigars is distinguished.

Side note, I totally love this scene for a silly "squee" reason. I live in Canada now, but I'm originally from Australia, from an area called the Sunshine Coast. Even though I know he's talking Vancouver, my brain still went "HEY THAT'S WHERE I'M FROM LETS BE FRIENDS".

I know it, and the way I write, where everything just decides to flow, I literally have two of my stories right now trying to get on the computer, makes it very difficult to write one of them without ending up with parts of the other one in it /sigh

Anyway, I think they're cigarettes because they're white.  They make a big deal of pointing out that cigarettes aren't a health hazard anymore in Retribution, so I'm totally cool with this.  Makes him a little hotter in my opinion.

Got it! I did have it on there, but it was some terrible quality live thing that I hadn't caught when I added it. I found an album version though.

Hymn for the Missing by RED should be on there too!  Love that for ME2 Shenko.  Thanks for posting this playlist!  I'm glad someone else thought of Chasing Cars for Shenko too, I always think of them during that song.

Now I wish i had nurtured my artistic side a bit more when i was a kid. I need a poker table scene with all of the menfolk, where Vega smugly holds all of the shirts.


I never read Retribution so I didn't know that tidbit about the cigarettes. Interesting. At the same time, I'm starting to think it's a side effect of my own getting older that the idea of Kaidan's grey hairs, whiskey and cigars is like... holycrapsexywhat.

It is amazing how people are connected from all parts of the world! (I am Dutch though) When we do get a chance to go back to Bris we always try to stop up in Caloundra - I really miss the weather!

I live in Bath at the moment and I am fed up with the cold and drizzle to be honest. I was really pleased with that one week of warm weather we had, come on sunshine and summer!
