With my alternate Shepards (one is an import from ME1 with Kaidan romance, 2nd is ME2 w/no import), I'm going to go the opposite route and with the ME1 import romance Thane and with the other just romance one of the LI's. I'm intrigued to see how the storyline plays out with those options.

My canon Shep is staying loyal to Kaidan. With so many romance options in ME2 though, tiptoeing through dialogue with the crew is annoying. I'm trying to avoid indirectly romancing Kelly/Samara/Thane/Jacob/Garrus. So far so good though, if I think its going into flirting I hit "I have to go" lol

Ha! i still haven't signed off. @crimsonnephilim..yes, of course. keep my canon faithful, and for the sake of seeing how they work it out have an alternate.

you know, i tried flirting with jacob. he said something like "fine with me. if you wanna go around getting friendly with everybody...sure." I was like "what?". i didn't like that. it didn't sound right to me.

...aaaand I had no idea that Earthborn was actually a Renegade bit. o.O; I picked it because I thought it'd be more of an impact for my Shep to have come from Earth just to see what the hell Space was like XD

Female/Paragon/Colonist/War Hero/Adept

Saved Rachni queen, saved Wrex, Kaidan LI, Sacrificed Ashley (I liked her though. I could have seen her as Femshep's best girlfriend had she lived), Saved Council, saved genophage cure, rewrote geth, blew the Collector base to hell (screw you TIM HA!!), saved my crew and squad, faithful to Kaidan.

Ha, well, my "canon" Shepard is a man... in fact, most of my Shepards are men. I've only one femShep. ....and I only made her because I wanted Kaidan so bad I said "OKAY, FINE, I'LL MAKE A FEMSHEP" and promptly used her to romance the CRAP out of Kaidan.

So, both my gayShep and femShep are loyally waiting for Kaidan to return to them. Though, to be honest, if Jacob or Thane or Zaeed showed any interest in my gayShep, he'd forget about Kaidan in a heartbeat. My femShep, however, would not. She's completely loyal to him. And it had better be worth it in ME3, 'cause I'm not gonna lie, Thane was damn tempting.

Yep. I think it kind of does give my Shep a bit of character. XD Having to push herself out of hell in order to better herself as a person.

Thane is tempting XD I thought over going for him with my canon Shep, but went against it. Yay for alts though lol!

I have two mains: Alyson (Spacer War Hero Vanguard, all major choices are paragon-ish. Chaotic Good lady, always suspect that authorities are hiding the truth and tries to have leverage - sent data about Cerberus to Alliance, kept the Grey Box. Very, very hothead, grabs shotgun at any occasion. Was surprised to see in Kaidan the same noble goals and finally admitted that they work perfectly in combination - where her energy and wish to break walls with own head fail there Kaidan's concentration and rationalization wins. Little detail: after Horizon she assumed that he moved on - or, at least, really thinks she's a traitor and lost person, but Alyson still can't abort own feelings and reacts very nervous on phrases like "Cerberus hasn't got that strict fraternization rules" or talks like Garrus's "it's possible to blow off steam in another way" - however, her natural reaction isn't depression but righteous anger - "I'll make that collectors bastards pay for taking my life and treatening my friends!" - so no negative effects on mission was observed so far) and Ingrid (Spacer Ruthless Infiltrator, major decision are paragonish because she thinks all the allies are good for stopping the Reapers. Except Cerberus - she doesn't think anyone able to screw own operations that much may be useful. As a child of parents spending all their times separately - and as gifted in tech and cloaking child - she've seen how people saying "I love you" through intercom may go cheating the same evening, so Ingrid is extremely sceptical when it comes to feelings. To make matters worse she uses to think men wish to be close to her only to become noticed by Alliance command or press, so it isn't surprising Ingrid is still lonely. However, in ME2 she understood she misses Kaidan's personal talks no less than his tactical analysis, plus the fact that he didn't followed her blindly but has own opinion and able to stand on it impressed Ingrid)
I have also one more lady romanced Kaidan (yeah, I was able to do it again despite having 6 Alysons) - Mona, but she's not canon and not that detailed in personality.

Canon: FemShep-Bryony/ Spacer/ War Hero/ Adept/ Paragon

Romanced & stayed loyal to Kaidan, saved the Rachni Queen, saved/spared Wrex, sacrificed Ash (hated it...Shep and her were close...would have been bff), saved the Council, nominated Anderson as Councilor, saved genophage cure, rewrote geth, blew up Collector base, “No one was left behind”, rescued autistic brother in Overload and sent Ascension Project, warned Batarians on planet in Arrival dlc.

I have experienced life in the military & was intrigued & amazed by the commitment, love, dedication, & understanding that comes with living the military life. That’s what made me choose spacer for my FemShep. She is military brat all the way (knows how to take the good w/ the bad and expect the unexpected...very flexible). Of course had to be war hero, putting self on the line to save others, and loved background story/history of human biotics.
