Now sweetie :( BUT! There's a strong possibility we'll get some big doses of Kaidan next week when Gamescom kicks in. One of the BW devs asked on twitter what we wanna see at Gamescom and we spammed hi with Kaidan requests and he acknowledged the interest! :D

:(....
Oh well. Until Gamescom then... *sigh*

they all know we're hungry for Kaidan so they better feed us soon :police:

Well, he never said when would that new pack of screenshots be released, so maybe it was about Gamescom too? One way or another, they all know we're hungry for Kaidan so they better feed us soon :police:

Don't worry, Kaidan will pass you a kleenex to tame the blood flow. The same one he used after finishing his "business"

Thanks for the responses. I literally sat there for like 10 minutes trying to rationalize my decision it went something like this:

"wait, I've never sent Kaidan with the salarians before....it might be kinda awesome to rescue the whole group....and I'd get to see the tower which I've never seen because I always let Ash die...but wait, then that means I can't be with Kaidan for the mission....but I do get a last hoorah with Ash...crap! What if somehow the bomb doesn't go off if I leave it to go for Kaidan? What if I ruin the missions...thats not possible, the game wouldn't work right if one decision was right and one was wrong....hell, c'mon Kaidan, lets kick Saren's ass!"

My husband thought I was crazy, talking outloud to myself like that.

Also, good God almight with that ToP pic, holy moley, I need some fresh air....

I always leave Kaidan with the bomb and put Ash with the salarians......and therefore save the bomb and Kaidan, but sadly lose Ash...

I HATE Virmire!

Sereiously if ME2 had Virmire alternate ending DLC I would have bought it! My ME dream was crushed by that place....

I love Virmire because I hate it so much. It ignites so much emotion while playing. Though I hate leaving either Ashley or Kaidan behind it gives this intense connection to the game for me; now I really want to kill Saren for forcing this horrible ultimatum on Shepard. There is a very personal cost to this whole struggle against the Reapers. As much as I love the idea of none of the characters I like dying in ME3 I hope there will be some tragedy. Though I will cry like a damn baby if its Kaidan.

Yeah I agree with meonlyred. There's always the love-hate factor with tragedy.
Though, I am going to cry like a damn baby no matter what happens.

Agree. As much as I hate Virmire, it's still a freaking great story moment. Stories are suppoused to do that. It's understandable why most of us (including me) wish for a Hollywood ending at the bottom of our hearts, but then it wouldn't be a meaningful story (the fact every single person can survive SM does take away from it being something that was toutued as suicide=impossible mission). Dunno what they will do in ME3. Personally I hope Virmire scenario won't be copied, because it's already been done once in this franchise and would just feel artificial being a copy. But yeah, I hope there are memorable moments.

I doubt we are going to get an exact copy of Virmire, but some people should die no matter Shepard does. To me the 'suicide' mission was cheapened by how easy it was to keep everyone live. I'm not trying to make a jab at anyone's gaming skills but the game basically holds your hand on who to pick for the Fire-team, Bubble, Escort, and Vent. The only thing I find easy to mess up on is the crew dying because you didn't get to them soon enough.

I doubt Kaidan will get a canon death, he has had to many close calls and it would seem silly to kill him in the end. But I think its very possible for him to die if we mess up too many times in ME3. Hudson did say if we care about a character there is a good chance of them being around. So I'm guessing LI like Kaidan will have better plot immunity than characters that were not romanced

@helenovision, I am in your head...
You are thinking about wet messy haired Kaidan.
