Ah, he and I go way back. I've introduced him to many a character, and he's amazed me in skill just as many times. He even knows Boo the Space Hamster, but didn't know Brice Cousland. I love thinking of sarcastic answers.

I guess 'cause it's Bryce Cousland? Oh lady, Anderson was "interviewed" by Jon Grissom when he was still an N7 trainee in the first book (Revelations) I think... Can't remember if it's ever mentioned in the in-game codex. The other N7 graduate that exists is... Kai Leng!

Ahh Kaidanites, you guys never fail to amuse me... From blond Kaidan to Turian without armor to planning to kidnap Mr.Sbarge to Cleverbot to the scenario generator to Akinator... all within the span of... 48 hours?!

Thank you! Yeah, er, mine's been cooking for over a month... I got nearly 4k words, but I can't post it until I get this one crucial bit right! Then I could potentially continue with more chapters... but without this one bit no-one will see where I may be going! yeah, I should have just gone for a plain and simple smutty story but I'm too British ™ to write that sort of thing. No objections to reading it, but just writing it I fear it would be more awkward than Tom Clancy's awful AWFUL sausage comments in one of his books that made me swear I would never ever again read one of his books....

Wow, there's really only three N7s in existence? I should start reading that Codex thing the game gives you :innocent: I can understand why Anderson and Shepard managed to gain the rank, but... Kai Leng? He hasn't even shown the ability to fire a gun, much less complete the N7 training program.

Funnily enough, I was reading the wiki about the N7 training program this afternoon. It seriously is no surprise that there's only 3 in existence, or why Shepard is such a boss. But I'll agree, I have a hard time buying that Kai Lang is one of them. I don't see anyone who can survive 20 hour training days, jetpack flight, and zero-G combat to be able to be taken out by a drell who can't breathe.

Well there's only 3 that we know by name, right?  In the War Assets screen if you promote an MP character (or team of characters in the same class, whatever) they're referred to as N7 Ops.  It's explained that even though these squads are made up of voluteers oustide of the Alliance military, they earned the nickname because they were all originally led by someone who'd completed N7 training. 

Not that this makes being an N7 any less badass.  I bet Vega cries his first week in training.

Yeah so far there's only three known N7 graduates. ME3 butchered Kai Leng really badly (and Deception earlier) but he's a major bad ass in Retribution. Heck the first time they released the "enemies" video and KL landed on top of Shep's car, I got the chills.  He killed a Krogan with only a knife and 6 Turian operatives with only his hand... and a lot of other stuffs that I can't remember on top of my head because I only had three hours of sleep last night. Retribution shows that he deserved to be an N7 graduate... then came along Deception and ME3...

Sad... I was SO looking forward to meet him and he got butchered so badly... <_<

Hey Kaidan fans, I got a question, and I'm curious to see what you guys think.

Been checking out the Kaidan romance videos, planning ahead for a FemShep/Kaidan playthrough from ME1 to ME3.

I stumbled upon this version of the romance scene: www.youtube.com/watch

Sure, poor Kaidan doesn't get his sexy times, but I found it incredibly sweet, and possibly quite fitting depending on how you are playing your Shepard.  Just curious, what do you guys think of this version?  Is it fitting, or is the other option (which lets face it, thats what Kaidan came up to the cabin for) the only viable option?

 Reading the page, they list four N7s with known names, and have references to a few more, so I guess there's more than just three. But Leng, really? They could've fleshed him out a lot more to give the feeling of battling "an equal". All Leng does is cheat his way to victory, even with being an N7 and having better upgrades than Shepard. 
I wonder if Vega would make it? I don't personally think he would. I mean, he's strong, but he's lacking in most other skills. I dunno.


Being an N7 sounds completely BA, though. I'm jealous. I wish I was Commander Shepard, just for the day...

We were talking about this the other day. Even if you turn him down, you still wake up in bed together in your unmentionables. So, you know... you could still get your sweet cuddle time and then just fill in the blanks in your imagination.   And you're right, it might be a more fitting scene depending on your Shepard, and beside, is just so friggin' sweet.

I agree that they really didn't flesh Kai Leng out very well in the game, however, if you read Retribution he was absolute bad arse.  He was really an awesome bad guy.

I imagine there's more than three N7s - they just aren't named. They're the elite, but I doubt they're as elite as, say, human Spectres.
