I like to ease the pain by coming up with even more ridiculous ending scenarios. Like, the Crucible is a giant space microphone, and once docked, Shepard belts out a stirring rendition of "Don't Stop Believin'" (because of all of the things that could have survived into the next century, it had to be Journey), and the Reapers are so moved/disgusted by it, they abandon their attacks.

The sacrifice Shepard has to make is the respect of the crew. Except for Kaidan, who is a HUGE closeted Journey fan.

I could also totally see Kaidan being a closet Journey fan, don't ask me why...it kinda fits you know?

I thought it was even worse having Shepard say "When this is over, I'm going to be waiting for you. You'd better show up." , then seeing Kaidan step out of the Normandy and my Shepard lying under rubble alone and abandoned

Also, yeah, agreed...after making myself blind with the data app minigame trying to get my Readiness up to the 4000 mark, the feeling was...underwhelming, to say the least. Death is a mercy.

I have a slightly tough time sharing Kaidan between two of my own sheps, let alone the thought that he's out there with all your sheps too! But, alternate parallel realities mean it's possible, so it's ok, it's not two-timing. You can share, it's just not the same Kaidan. I think. Perhaps I think this through too much.

I was just in such disbelief. Seriously. Is that scene with them coming out of the Normandy supossed to make me feel better? Like "oh thank goodness they're alive". That was definitley not what came out of my mouth.

Everytime I replay the game that goodbye scene in London is so sad.
"Haha Kaidan. Jokes on you. You're about to lose her again." I mean, seriously?

I try not to let it get me down though. There's so many awesome fanfics that cover the ending that it almost doesn't bother me anymore. And that ending generator saved my sanity. We'll see how the EC goes. I still have hope for that as well.

wow i was gone for like 1 or 2 hours and had to catch up with 2 pages, all i did was go to feros and back on normandy.

that kaidan in a mullet, terrible idea.

Also the idea of sharing Kaidan not really sharing, just think of it as lots and lots of identical twins. With same personality, voice and everything hehehe
