Response #8268.... and this place is once again a refuge.. work is kicking my butt only after a day. I jacked my right arm up having to use the crutch so much and probably did more than i should....stupid FT title- it means my boss always expects more outta me than my 2 pt coworkers..even when still recovering from surgery or sickness.

Well, my Shepard is punching her dad because he's a drunk and was a dick to her, not so much to Kaidan; although that's an I've been kicking around as well.  I picked Earthborn for her, and I always just always had this feeling in my mind that her parents were kind of jerks from the way she says "I never met my parents, if tehy wanted to contact me they would have".

You never hear about Spacer Shepard's dad either, right? Just mom? That's a bit off to me as well.

Colonist Shepard, in my mind, probably had the happiest upbringing. Unti that whole "everyone got slaughtered by Batarian raiders" thing... details.


Anyways, work calls I suppose.

Spacer Shepard's dad is/was in the alliance at some point. My Shepard's dad is Admiral Hackett. That's why Shepard never mentions him. Favoritism and all that you know? Even though it's kept a secret, he's always helping her out wherever possible.

@madlily Udina's in charge now because Anderson stepped down. He never liked politics and would rather be an admiral.

It happened Retribution.  He left to help Kahlee track down Grayson ( who was captured and experiemented on with reaper tech) and stop TIM...didn't exactly work out though. Though he did manage to shoot Kai Leng in both legs.. but he should have shot him on both arms too lol...to keep him from monkey swinging away.

He should've killed him so he wouldn't have been in ME3. 

Did I tell you guys that I got all the ME games for my PC?  It's kinda cool.  My PC runs it soooo much better than my Xbox ever did.

My head canon is that he left the Coucil to go kick the Alliance's butt into gear and get Shep out of jail. I still can't head-canon Kaidan not being able to get a message to Shepard via Anderson, though. That's why she doesn't just jump him as soon as she sees him, though.

Damn, but hey, you got a big stick you can wave at them at least. Hopefully you're on the right path. I seem to know 4 people who have had knee surgery in the past 2 months.

I seem to have done myself an injury exercising over the past few weeks. Sciatica they call it, and it's a real pain in the backside (and down my legs and I can barely stand). Unfortunately, this thread is not the place to escape from thinking about backsides Every time I see that Kaidan I get a shooting stab of pain at the moment - but damn if it ain't worth it
