OK yes we post a lot of pictures, however, we have a lot of discussion with those pictures, so I don't consider it spam. Yes a lot of them are the same, but then of course with the exception of our resident artists (be they traditional or digital) there is a limited supply of pics to pick from, I have a couple thousand screenshots on my website, but I still have difficulty finding different ones to post here sometimes. So yeah I think we're doing just fine around here, even with the pyramids (haven't been contacted by the Egyptians once ) and the pics. Apparently the mods don't seem to have an issue at the moment either - yes I know that can change on a whim - so let us have our fun.

Is there a rule somewhere against poster picting? We ARE staying on topic, all the pictures and the majority of the linked discussions are about Kaidan. And anything NSFW is clearly labeled and linked. I don't think we need moderation just yet, do we?

Agreed Lady, we don't need moderation, when I think about what I see elsewhere on the forums...

This thread has a lovely atmosphere, it's frequented by nice, friendly people, I've never seen it erupt into anything but comedy, really was no need for this hand slap I feel.

We don't intentionally post the same pics on every page (OK there may be a lot of dupes but come on) so because the pool to pick from is so small we're limited to posting when something new pops up.  I think that's asking a lot.  Just my thought on it anyway.

I don't think Pony's trying to ruin anyone's fun. But I have noticed that if someone doesn't post for like 20 minutes, there's an incoming pic bomb. That's not necessarily a bad thing (and I certainly support it for page 2000), but it does make it hard to catch up and/or follow conversations.

I WAS intending to spend the day writing, too (afternoon classes cancelled, hurrah), but I ended up ordering my friend ME1, 2, and 3 for her birthday instead. Which is why I'm now writing out a detailed "Guide" to the series that she'd be able to understand and help her through the games (since she's never played a Bioware game with the exception of the few times she's done so with me).
I wish someone had given me a guide to how Bioware games work when I first played one (Origins, in my case). Not only did I miss on most of the companions and accidentally kill the ones I did find, I also royally screwed up my leveling, made some bad decisions, and missed a lot of the game. I didn't even know you could talk to your companions, change your weapons, or change your armor until I had finished 2/3 of the game!
Which is why I'm attempting to write this, so she doesn't mess up as badly as I did. Granted, ME is a lot more forgiving than DA:O (at least, ME1 is).

Edit: That was in response to Kolo's comment about spending the day writing

Wow, you are the best friend ever!  And you're writing out a guide?  You should be nominated for sainthood. 

Confession: I completely missed the mabari on my first DA:O playthrough.
