You know I am beginning to think that my inability to play past the Mars mission in ME 3 has more to do with Kaidan not being around for all those missions than the dread of the ending.

Yeah, that's probably my problem too, in fact that's probably the biggest problem I have getting through ME2...

My dread of the ending didn't really sink in until the Cerberus base. I couldn't even start Priority: Earth. Even thinking about the goodbye scene... ugh. I feel like it would break me to go through that again. I did it twice. That's enough.

Knowing that I can do the Coup earlier and get more Kaidan time, thanks to this thread, was a huge bonus, it never occurred to me to even try before.

Yeah, that's probably my problem too, in fact that's probably the biggest problem I have getting through ME2...


Yeah that has always been my problem with ME 2, first time through I was fine until Horizon, hoping I'd get him back, the after Horizon it took me a couple days before I could drag myself back into the game.

Same here, I'll have to try it again at some point. I just can't bring myself to turn on my Xbox and play it at the moment.
