I only got it once... actually.... I got it the only time i romanced Him...

If i could find a pic with him sitting on it (i looked... no luck ) it would be easier to spot

i'd seen the  moment on youtube, go play the game, see Kaidan sitting in his chair and all i get is: " I'm busy shepard"  I think my Copy of ME3 is trolling me.
the only romance line i get is " I can't stop grining.."

EDIT: epic spelling fail

I find it highly rude of your game trolling you (lets hope its not Javik)

They need to add the "Call LI into cabin" again...

if it was Javik, trolling me.. i'd thorw him out the air lock.. reapers be damned.

Thus far I've gotten it with both of my runs, however, I talk to Kaidan every chance I get, and keep talking to him until I get the part where he's done talking and keeps repeating something along those lines, then after the next mission I go back and repeat.
