The bomb's timer doesn't start until you finish Platoon mission. And as it turns out, you absolutely CAN start the platoon mission after the coup, even as late as Thessia (maybe even later but nobody tested yet). We were all mislead by ME Wiki and other conflicting sources saying that Platoon mission must be done before the Coup but it's not true. You can totally do the Rachni mission to unlock "Tuchanka: Priority" and save the entire Platoon -> Bomb arc for after the coup when you have Kaidan and Tali

Really? That is awesome! I always rush to finish those missions before the coup because I assumed the timer would end by then. That is good to know! Would love to have a list with all the variables and timers so I can prioritize how I can bring Kaidan to more missions.

Also just finished my contribution for the letter! So I just PM it to dstrawberrygirl now right?

Theres only 2 missions with timers, Tuchunka: bomb and grissom academy, however it's impossible to get Kaidan for Grissom.

So just to make sure I can still cure the genophage with Eve alive if I do the bomb mission after the coup? That is probably my favorite quest and Eve is my new favorite NPC so even though I would love to have Kaidan during that mission, curing the genophage with Eve alive is more important to me. So want to make sure I don't screw that up.

Awwww is right. So moving! I actually have a Shepard like that who saved Ashley instead of Kaidan on Virmire but had really fallen for him. I haven't been able to make her romance anyone yet, just didn't feel right. I planned to have her maybe romance James but he isn't a LI and the only ppl left are Liara and Samantha for femshep.

So if she doesn't move on to Liara she is going to end up forever alone and I would head canon it the same way as the fic describes so far!

well i done suicide mission without loyal garrus, thane and sided with jack so miranda is unloyal lost 4 members, Miranda, Thane and legion and zaeed. i will replay again and follow the guide see if i can do it without doing the loyal quests hehe

Correct.

Eve will die if the bomb goes off (assuming she survived the cure), which happens three missions after the turian rescue (after the third, if you haven't done it, you get the Massive Explosion war asset update). I think the bomb mission is probably linked also to the cure mission (just so it doesn't go off before the cure), but I've never checked (would be funny, though, if it went off before and Eve survived the cure and then everybody started acting like she died from the bomb that went off while she was still on the Normandy).

If you want Kaidan for this mission, either do the rachni mission, followed by the cure and coup missions, and then do the turian rescue and bomb missions as you please, or do the turian rescue, the cure and coup missions, and immediately do the bomb mission (you must do the bomb mission right after the coup, because it will be the third mission).

what kind of suggestions, i got the charcoal mens one and its nice and cozy and fits nicely ( i got medium and i am female, the otehrs were sold out).
it took a couple weeks to get here as i live in UK but it was worth the wait.

On another note done suicide mission again only lost thane, i don't care much for him so it wasn't that big of a loss and iam not replaying it again hehe

Same. It' s the only save I have with a femshep who saved Ashley and thats the playthrough I am on right now actually and I really miss Kaidan, almost regret saving Ashley.

I love Ash don't get me wrong but so far just not a fan of Ashleys friendship path, thought it could be better. I kinda miss Mass Effect 1 Ashley honestly. I hope when I get around to my Shepard that romanced Ash that it is better, that is if his face import ever works. <_<

I have the womens N7 Thermal hoodie, and I love it. It's warm enough for cold days, but light enough for the warmer days, and it's just tight enough to look nice but not so tight as to give it all away. It doesn't have an arm stripe, though.

I got the men's black elite hoodie ('cause they don't have a woman's black and I prefer men's cut anyway) - it's very soft and I can tell it's going to be quite comfy when winter comes around again. Looks great, too. Debating getting a pair of black cargos and some combat boots for a bit of easy Shepard cosplay for D*Con.
