Does anyone else have issues with romancing any character besides Kaidan?
I'm on my Garrus playthrough of ME3 and it's so difficult to not want to romance Kaidan. Haha

I can romance Thane like a mammyjammer but for all that I adore him in ME2 it's ultimately pointless with what they did with him in the third.    The female s/s options don't appeal to me at all as I don't trust Liara and the rest seem like cheesy flings rather than actual relationships.  I don't connect with Sheploo so it's pretty much Shenko all the way, for me, now.

i did garrus once, but i was really tempted with Kaidan, so i done a option that i regretted for the rest of my shepard playthrouhg 'I KILLED KAIDAN' then i played through my kaidan playthrough and that regret dissapeared

TOP: 

I couldn't do it, there is just no way I could ever kill Kaidan... I mean I tried once on Virmire, I ended up reloading a save before (which was two planets back) to save him, after I spent an hour at my computer sobbing.

lol, yep, I may play at pretending to be American from time to time, but I'm stuck with my British accent and I still drive my US friends crazy with my apologising and being polite. I've only been here 2 years but I think I'm stuck with it. I do prefer living here though - I get a house with a large garden (they call it a yard), and I have no adjoining neighbours for the first time since I lived at home.

On the other hand, I can't believe my son has to learn the INSANE measuring system of inches, feet and all that crap. I will have to do extra home practice on the metric system. Seriously, America, it's 2012.

So I know this has probably been covered multiple times now, but I'm doing my Mshep playthrough and I want to make sure I get Kaidan back asap. What's the best route after getting Eve? Do I have to do the Rachni mission (or the Platoon mission, but I don't want to do that one because it's essentially a two parter) or will the Genophage cure mission be activated by doing the N7 Cerberus mission?

Luckily I saved a copy of the time sensitive stuff compiled by Isaac, so I know what I've got to do for that.

It's not 100% accurate anymore. You can just do Rachni mission before Tuchanka and save Platoon+Bomb mission for after the Coup/Rannoch etc.

what i do before getting kaidan is rachni, then i do genophage then the coup, get kaidan and rocking on Tuchunka with the platoon.

Also in a non related Kaidan case, if you all are resident evil fans. heres the newest trailer. Makes me all soppy as it has my 2 favourite characters in it (Chris and Leon).

Do it all before Tuchanka, Rachni mission too - you need Rachni mission to unlock one of N7 missions which in turn you need to complete one of fetch quests missions.

hmmm after leaving xbox on for a couple days ( keep forgetting to play it) the game crashed after mars when i was arriving at citadel (after talking to hackett, during the blue sky bit) which it always does lols. Poor Poor Kaidan

I posted this in more detail in samesex thread but I finally imported my MaleShep/Kaidan romance from ME1 into ME3! I'm finally noticing what you FemSheps get with an already-established relationship with Kaidan and so far I really like it.

I've been oddly productive with creating omnitools out of orange plastic folders and duct tape.

And still trying to draw Kaidan XP (...maybe I should go back to the NSFW Kaidan picture and /really/ make it NSFW but bleh, not feeling confident with my art abilities right now XP)

One M!Shep playthrough had me romancing Steve just to say I did. But I gotta tell ya, Kaidan's romance story line is so much more detailed. I mean, come on - saying goodbye to Steve via holovideo? 

Makes you wonder if the "ME3 was rushed by EA/BioWare/Elvis/Bigfoot/Whatever" theory has some truth to it.

I romanced Steve before Kaidan (got sick of not knowing when or if Kaidan would rejoin my crew).  Glad I got it out of the way on my first playthrough because it sucks compared to other romances plus now that I've done Kaidan I'm never going back heh.

Yeah been following your omnitool experiment on Tumblr.  Looks good thus far   As far as your drawing woes, I'm horrible at stick figures much less actually drawing anything, so good luck there

Okay, random Kaidan related story.

A few days ago, I hitched a ride from my friend to our campus (because we have the same AM class and my car was in the shop). We decided to stop at Dairy Queen for ice cream sundays at 9 am, but that's irrelevant to the story. Anyways, we were sitting in the parking lot, finishing our ice cream with a few minutes to spare before class started,  when she casually asked me, "So, what's Kaidan's backstory?" 
I was so  because she's never really played ME extensively before (this being the friend who I purchased the trilogy for a few days ago to give to her on her birthday in a few weeks) that I spent the next 15 minutes rambling on about Kaidan. By the time I finished, the not only pointed out to me that we were now over 5 minutes late for class, but also that my ice cream had turned in to soup.
But I think I may have found us another Kaidanite  She's so innocent and naive, though... I'd hate to gutter her mind too much :innocent:

Haha, I read your post and hoped for one brief moment that there was some holiday that I had totally forgotten about.  Oh well.

And I agree very much with your sig.  I'm not playing at the moment, but the only reason I'll be firing up the EC is for Kaidan content.
