Don't stress too much about being kicked, they're just jerks.  ME3 has been my first MP experience of any kind.  I totally suck, but that doesn't stop me from having fun.  I just avoid Gold at all costs unless I know who I'm playing with.  It's worth another try, it can be a lot of fun.  If you haven't joined the Kaidanites MP Group yet, there's a lot of PC players in there who would love to do a run with you, I'm sure.

A lot of people are silent. Most don't care from what I've seen.

I play 360 or I'd help ya out. Definitley don't go above bronze though. Most ruthless MP players hang there. Bronze isn't immune though. If you decide you want to try it, go with the KMP. They'll help you

I have a feeling the EC will fix this issue though. They originally said you could get the best ending with the single player alone. I guess it depends on what they see as the best ending though...

Yea I usually don't bother to go above bronze very often. Mainly because I can mess around and level up my new guys. But you do get some people who take it waaaaay too seriously.

Absolutely! A lot of the time I'm silent because background noise means I have to be push to talk - and when I'm fleeing from banshees there aint a lot of fingers left to push an extra button

Playing with friends is 100x better than random people, though I've met a couple of nice folks that way it's just not the same. Only would take a few rounds to get your readiness high enough for the breathing scene if you've maxxed out the rest of your war assets. 

But, in principle, I completely agree with your anger towards this - they specifically said the best endings would still be possible even if you didn't play MP which is plainly not true. To force people into something they don't want to do, or appeal to only those people who can afford a recent iOS device, is not good enough, given that previous promise.

Yea.... the walking backwards and shooting thing doesn't tend to work so well when it's doing the creepy teleport sh*t after you.

Lmao, same here. Always try the walking backwards and shooting tactic but I always fail.

Of course, then she shishkabob's me and my bro goes, "you shoulda run..."<_<

It's fun though. Seems we do more laughing than winning sometimes

I did my first Reapers on gold today.. @#%$@#$%@#$%@#$ Banshee's on gold are just redonkulous, I was rocking in the corner by the end of it......lol

And we regularly play on silver with the occasional gold thrown in for teh lulz

The thing with banshee's is, I can be carrying the most normal of conversation and I'll get jumped by a banshee and start squealing in chat... the guys I play with are so used to me freaking out like a boss that they just continue on with their conversations as I run screaming for my life!!

Any iOS device I would think. You need iOS 4 and above though I think.

EDIT: Yes you need iOS 4, my dinosour iPad 1 that has never been updated will not install it.

Nope you need iOS 5, I know I had to replace my iPod 2 to be able to get it, that one had iOS 4.2.1 on it.

also.. a handy little trick we've discovered with banshee's is.. if she is about to skewer someone and you have someone with shockwave/rockets/uber damage, you can stop her from killing the person she's holding... not sure how many peeps know this little tip.. we have saved a few lives this way.. oh grenades work too

Any move that staggers will make the banshee drop, best bet is Biotic explosions

Morning fellow Kaidanites, how goes things? Played some catch up and see as usual when I head to bed the thread gets talkative, you know that could give a girl an inferiority complex.

While I do agree that it's BS that you have to do MP or one of the iOS apps to get what the rest of us believe to be the 'eh ok' ending, I will say that anyone on PC catch me on, and I'll be glad to do a few bronze missions with you, it really doesn't take long to get what you need to get the ending you don't want but the only one with the 'less s***' option... /sigh what am I saying they all s***...

Anyway, I'm Kyriene on Origin as well as Xbox Live should anyone wish to add me.

I only biotic charge Banshee's as a Asari...

fastest dodgers there is....

Charge then dodge backwards... i repeat charge then dodge backwards!!!
