Pretty sure he was referring to the goodbye scene in London recording, I think he like the other vo's probably expected there to be more too. Though it's worth noting that he didn't actually say that, that's just what I took from it. But he definitely seemed very sympathetic asking me if it made me sad and if I felt it was a sort of a parralell to the romeo and juliet romance in terms of it's brevity. I said I was ok with tragic endings but I didn't feel like Shepard's sacrifice was properly respected and that I wanted more closure with the characters.
It was sort of difficult not to lose my cool but I was a little embarrased, especially at first. I was one of maybe two guys there lol. Luckily the girl in front of me had him sign a copy of knights of the old republic so it was a good segway for a mass effect fan like me, I think most other people were once upon a time cricket fans.
